We were in the middle of PCS. The night before we called to ask them if they could fill the Rv tires and they said yes come by. So the next day we were PCSing and had to stop by and when we got there, they said they don't do it. What a waste of time! Be honest and upfront with your communication. I also don't understand a tire store doesn't do 120G filling for RV tires? Isn't that smaller than semi trucks? We literally saw big semi trucks pulled in and they were being serviced. I have nothing to gain and no one asked me to do this, I feel an obligation to my neighbors/friends to share my experiences so they to can visit establishments that appreciate their business and use good business practices with customers. That being said, please go see Kris with Discount Tire ( at the Davis location ) and allow him to help you with your needs. Kris was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about not only the tires and wheels but the company as a whole. Took his time with me in explaining things, making sure I was comfortable with my choices. The shop was so busy with all the activity the store was experiencing, but Kris never let it show by rushing me thru my experience or questions to answer a phone or such. The store was well staffed. He covered the ground he needed to with me and was a good listener. I needed 4 tires desperately for my Jeep, and ended up finding wheels I like also. Im glad I arrived when I did because the shop got busier the more time passed. The tire guys on the shop floor were kicking you know what, on cruise control. "Trace" was very rude and dismissive employee. He flat out accused me of doing burn outs in my vehicle. I work 3 jobs and one is 45 minutes away. I drive a lot. Instead of asking about my driving habits he rudely accused me of doing BURN OUTS!! -_- So, if you see a man named "Trace" at the counter, ask for a different employee to help you, so your problems can get solved properly. His employees had to apologize on his behalf. I feel stereotyped because I'm an African woman driving a dodge charger. Terrible customer service. Entire crew was standing around. Had one car in the bay. They said they would get right on our vehicle but left us sitting there for over an hour. When we asked the manger what was going on he told his employee that we were throwing a fit. We had just asked why no one was working on our car. We have used discount tire in Arizona for years. Originally, I had issues with the service / explanation /answers I received from a staff member at this location. After posting my original negative review, Trace (store manager? If not he should be.) left me a voicemail. He seemed to be genuinely concerned with the safety of my family. Which, was greatly appreciated. Before, calling Trace back, I took the car to a mechanic that I have used for years to get a second opinion. During this process, I discovered that a newer car can can in fact be out of alignment with out any type of pull occurring. After learning this, I reached back out to Trace and he was still willing to work with me on getting me setup with a new set of tires. I must say that my experience with Trace has forced me to pull a 180 on my opinion of this store location. I will definitely be utilizing Discount Tires in the future. They adjusted their price to make it fair, had the tires delivered to the store before the paperwork was finished on the Jeep, and when we pulled up they had them on in less than an hour. FLP 04---My husband and I have always had a very good experience with regards to the Mobile Hwy. Discount Tire Shop customer service, pricing, and a quick turnaround. If we had any issues, the many times we had service work done at this location, they would and have always resolved the situation or answered any questions we may have had. We worked directly with Trace when we requested a quote for new tires and asked to have a valve stem replaced on another wheel. He truly took care of us and was wonderful to work with. When we returned to the store to get the tires replaced, we worked directly with Mitch and John and were again, extremely happy with the professionalism and service :-)... My husband and I are very familiar with the automotive service industry and know how tough it can be to find a mechanic and shop that is truly determined to work with the customer and do what is most beneficial and affordable for said customer. I also must mention, when we were waiting in the lobby and by the shop, we were continuously approached by other men working at that store, who were obviously not lacking in work they had to do. They would constantly ask if we needed any help or if there was something that they could do for us. The men that I am referring to, were mechanics by the names of Brandon, Jacob, and James. They appeared to have much do and were working very hard. But, despite the fact that they were busy, they still took time to provide us with excellent customer service!!! My husband and I cannot thank this store enough or those employees I have mentioned. We are faithful customers and will continue to be because of their hard work and care for us. Beware! I posted my review on the company site for Pace FL Discount tire and they removed it. I published it again and it was removed. Now you cannot even leave a review on their home page. I went to the store to have a screw in a tire repaired. They insisted on selling me 4 new tires. I refused. I said I did not want to spend 500 dollars today. I told them I was on my lunch break and needed the one tire fixed. They took the tire off the truck and then another pushy sales guy told me they could not fix it because it was too close to the edge (it was not). BUT they could throw on 4 new tires no problem. Again I said no. This took my entire 1 hour lunch break. The next day I went to another tire shop and they fixed the screw in the tire and 20 minutes later I was out the door. Its been 2 months no issue. They will rip you off if you let them. BUYER BEWARE. read more

Someone put a nail in my back tire, I was able to drive to DISCOUNT TIRES on Thursday. In the pouring rain a very nice young man checked the tire. He could tell there was something Wrong. They were very busy so he suggested I call ,make a appointment and they would take care of my car. I did just that, which was at 1:15 today. We arrived, and I was treated with amazing respect, was told it would take about a hour. We sat in the very clean waiting room, chatted with other customers, and in less than 45 minutes later a associate came in called with the car type not our name, which I appreciate respecting our privacy.
