Horrible customer service. Walk in appt, quoted about 45 min wait. Told I couldn't leave, even if I was back before my time. Fine whatever. But then the 45 minutes turned into waiting over two hours just for a diagnostic for them to tell me I needed to break pads - what I told them when I came in. Tommy Barnes, specifically, was so rude. went in for a simple alignment after getting four new tires was told I needed rear control arms. The funny part is I've got two inspections the prior day absolutely nothing was wrong with my rear control arms now all of a sudden my vehicle drives like it's 80 years old very rough so we're charging people for a full service you cannot complete supposedly the next day the rear was aligned by another shop. This is a rip off artist company, and I do believe that they purposely banged on my Cars's under body to cause problems because there was absolutely no indication that anything was wrong with my rear control arm prior to coming into the shop and you're charging full price when you can't do the full job that is some horrible horrible customer service just imagine a hidden camera being underneath the vehicle catching all the borderline criminal activity can you say busted‼‼ read more

Had a screw in the tire, got the car in immediately for repair. It cost me $21.00 to fix. The staff was kind and helpful. There's a small seating area for customers and pop machine available for drinks. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to get back on the road. read more

The manager, Tommy should definitely not be running any kind of mechanic shop!! Or any business!! Saturday morning we take our truck in, can hear something off on front end and going to have them do oil change, whiper blade change etc .... They run a diagnostic and seems they had found 6500 worth of repair, Saturday night 10 minutes before they close he is calling for approval to begin the work... we talked about it and Sunday morning we give him the ok to do the work as they sent pictures and seemed legit ... Monday morning we go to check on it and he informed us nothing was done to it as he had to order parts .... Understand parts need to be ordered, but nothing was done, no oil change no removing of old parts.... Tommy informed us that it's people like us that cause them not to do their job properly and that he is losing money by having our truck in the rack .... We phoned corporate, few minutes later Tommy calls us and tells us to pick up our truck because we got him in trouble with corporate... we gladly picked our truck up, took it to another mechanic where they showed us what they said was wrong was not at all correct .... 1700.00 later my truck is fixed - 6400 was a total lie and rip off!!! The truck also needed breaks, but Tommy didn't find that wrong ... he is 100% incompetent and will rip you off in a heartbeat and blame you for it!! Tommy had no business in that position as he knows nothing about what he is doing and does nothing but rip people off and blames the consumer!! read more

They worked my job in and even stayed 15 minutes past closing time to finish me up. They are professional, competent, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys. read more

These guys are the best! I had my oil changed at a Meineke near by a couple of days ago who did a sub par job for an $80 package. They did not top off my wind shield wiper fluids after explicitly telling them it's empty and needed to be replaced. In addition to that, they did not put back my flash guard correctly and was rattling as soon as a I got on the highway. I was so lucky that firestone was the first automobile shop I came across. I explained to them my situation and Jason, who was empathetic and professional, told me that they would do a courtesy service, no charge. They brought my car into the bay immediately and attached my flash guard correctly. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid! I will be returning to them for any automobile needs. This was the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. I was a walk in so I had to wait a little bit to get my car looked at, but it was definitely worth my time. But the awesomeness came when they torqued every lug to a specific poundage, and THEN had a second tech/manager recheck EVERY TORQUE. Went to get an alignment and the sales rep tried to sell me a test to check if there was "additional problems". I decided no since the car was working fantastic and this was an annual alignment. Drove not even 10miles after the alignment and the check engine light came on and the car was forced to limp mode. Soon the car started making a loud spinning and grinding noise. Called Firestone and was told "our alignments wouldn't break anything. It's $99 to diagnose it." It's an awful coincidence that it was broken less then a 10 mile drive after the alignment. Place is great . Always take care of me when I need oil change or tires rotated or new wiper blades . I do recommend going online and printing out a 21.99 oil change coupon that are always available online because they will charge you full price 40.00 if not. Scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance to purchase 2 new tires. Initial response was good. I received a call a few days before my appointment to let me know that they had my tires and they were ready for the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am and I arrived 15 early. When I checked in I was asked to sign the service agreement that stated I was given an estimate of the cost and authorized the work to be done (I was never given an estimate until I asked for it). The estimate that I was given was $80 more than the quote that I received online when I made the appointment. After some inquiries I finally figured out that they had added an additional warranty on the tires that I never asked for. As I mentioned my appointment was at 10:00 am but my car wasn't even brought into a bay until 11:15 (when I asked about this I was told that they were short handed (who isn't)). If you don't have the staff then you shouldn't have scheduled the appointment. read more

I live about 35 minutes away, but it's like a hairdresser... when you find one you like you stick with them. This man worked diligently to help me find the exact tire that was already on my jeep. I appreciate his hard work and curtesy.
