Been to a lot of smoke shops in the Mo Val area and this one is the cat's pajamas. Been going here for three months and haven't had a problem. The people that work there are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ask questions about the different brands and kinds of e-juice for my hookah pen and I never feel rushed, even when the store has a lot of customers. The store is packed with everything a smoker could want. Rolling papers, hookah pens, e-juice, water pipes, lighters, drinks, cigarettes, and just about everything. Just came in today for my monthly e-juice purchase and walked out happy as usual. There are a boat load of smoke shops in the area. Absolutely, the best smoke shop in Moreno valley. North and south of the freeway. The owner of the store is genuine and always welcoming me in the friendliest matter when I walk in. It's a huge smoke shop.. twice the size as any other smoke shop in the city. It is also stocked fully with anything and everything under the sun. There's no waiting in line, due to the quickness and overall quality that the employees possess. They will explain anything about any item that you were inquiring about with the fullest of information. I am very satisfied with the all-around peaceful atmosphere and positive vibe that I get when I go to this " top notch " smoke shop. They are in the food 4 less parking lot. If you are looking for cigars...Don't waste your time with this shop. Only because this shop is close to me, I've given them plenty of opportunities to redeem themselves. Their cigars are always dry, they don't know how to keep them properly humidified. They may have a good selection, but it's a waste of time and money. read more

Place is taxed, it's a clean shop that's supplied but they price higher due to their "traffic" and "name" if you're getting cigars or blunts they're usually dry for a normal backwood sold right across the street in the other lot read more

I've known the owners for over 15 years and they are a wonderful family who ran their own business until the owner suffered a medical emergency... The 'staff' that is running the business is stealing from the owners, are extremely rude, lack the ability to keep the store stocked with supplies, lie to customers (especially the regulars) and mark up the retail prices by 60% and do not keep records of the true prices of what they are charging... The owner Mike would charge his regulars 10% above retail price but we were more than willing to pay it because we knew it supported his family because he treated us like family. The uneducated young man who wears the red baseball cap and refuses to give his name is the main offender of these allegations and the reason why my family are boycotting this business now and I will tell everyone not to shop there because I will not support fraudulent business practices (experienced on 5/26/16). Mike & Mabel, I know you've had a difficult year with your mom being ill and you suffering a medical issue yourself but you've lost several loyal customers due to the current staff members. Jake & his wife ran the business to the best of their abilities and tried to follow your business practices but this current staff needs to be reprimanded immediately. We will NEVER purchase our vape supplies there again but we will come to check on you once you've returned. The good news is there are a multitude of online suppliers that provide excellent service, sell their supplies at a 10% discount on the discounted retail price you offered your regulars and don't steal from the company that is paying them to run their business while the owner is recovering.
