Interrupting a customer, in the middle of a sales transaction, by talking over the customer, is bad customer relations!" The man gave us a disgusted look and vanished. After some small talk, I paid for the cigar and He asked if I wanted him to cut the cigar for me. I have a cutter at home, but said sure why not? Please cut it for me. After searching for a couple seconds, he found his cutter - but things turned strange quickly. He defensively asked "Do you want me to smoke it for you too?". Huh?? Sir, you offered to cut it for me! I laughed it off and said no. But he strangely turned aggressive/defensive and stared me down eye-to-eye for a couple seconds. And then handed me the cigar back and asked me to open it. Again, HUH? I'm unsure what angle he was taking, or if he was on drugs. But for whatever reason, the situation quickly turned awkward. I asked for the cigar back - which he handed me - and told him I'd just cut it at home. As I left he said "My hands are full bro"....again, huh???? I'm not sure what was wrong with him. I've been to this shop multiple times before but this will be my last time. TOBACCO BUZZ is only a couple streets down (past Kaiser) and I've never been treated like this. Will continue going there!
