Awful. If I could give no stars I would. I have made many purchases from here and had continuous issues with an item I bought. Brought it back and was told I would need to buy a new one, not a problem and I bought another one. The cashier was polite and apologized. When the same thing happened to the new item, I was told I would have to speak with the owner/manager. I did on the phone and was told to bring it in to see what could be done. I brought it in and was told sorry but I can't do anything for you. After 3 YoCan pens dying and after a slight shrug of the shoulder from the owner/ manager I decided I wouldn't continue business here. Every experience I've had with this store is just terrible. I've seen flea markets with better customer service. Where to even begin with this company's management. Item was priced wrong, the actual cost was DOUBLE what was on the sign. When I checked out I looked at my receipt, and hadn't even left the register and caught it and when I inquired about it, the poor employee looked and realized it is in fact priced wrong. I asked to return the item, and she had to call the manager who I could hear on the phone asking who I am and where I'm from as if that's somehow relevant to a mispriced item and then could hear her tell the employee to tell me "tough luck and to not refund the item" after hearing I'm local. I've bought bottles of vape juice and had the top explode off while attempting to fill, resulting in me being covered in half a bottle of nicotine solution, which by the way can be absorbed through the skin hence why people wear gloves when making it. I walk back in literally covered in liquid nicotine and again told no dice, can't return nicotine products. I'd understand if I brought it back because I disliked it, but it's literally defective to the point of being a health hazard. While this certainly is a fault of the manufacturer, the policy on zero returns even for defective product is kind of abysmal. The stores are consistently out of stock, it's like inventory management is not remotely a thing. I would not buy any vape devices here, they will not keep stocking the proper coils for your unit and force you into buying a new unit which they will again discontinue selling required coils. I'm not talking years later, I'm talking in a few months they will no longer supply coils. They will however sell you a brand new tank...and then stop selling the coils again. I bought a $60.00 cigarette rolling machine for my dad as a gift. I was told upon purchasing that i would be able to return it if it was not the one he wanted. i took said machine home gave it to my dad and when he was rolling his first pack of cigarettes the piece of junk broke. a bolt broke clean off and the arm jammed up into the system. Mind you this was only yesterday. Today i took said machine up to the store location (of 3) that i bought it from and although the employee had no idea of the return policy she called the manager who then told her my only option was to exchange said piece of junk for another piece of junk. I had my reciept. The manager was at another store location so i went ther to talk to her about the issue. She was extremely rude and condescending. mocking and disrespect is no customer service in my opinion. i was told the return policy was posted all over the store when i asked to see it she took me to a little 2x4 inch piece of paper taped on the wall in the corner. something to hide much??? i just laughed. no self respecting manager could point that out with any form of confidence. Needless to say my family of 6 over a pack a day smokers will be taking our business to ROLL N' UP in centralia. I woudnt spend another dime in this store after the way i was treated. horribly disrespectful and condescending. read more
