I was told they couldn't be adjusted because of the type of frame I purchased. While I was in Mattoon, I decided to stop in -- and I am sooo glad that I did! Melody took her time and explained that the issue was actually with my lenses, not the frame itself. She was able to adjust my glasses perfectly, and they finally fit comfortably. I always have a really hard time getting through on the phone. But that is really my only complaint. Everyone working there does their job with a smile. The doctors are good about answering questions and giving honest answers. The front staff is super helpful with finding the right glasses for you and helping you decide what you want with the lens. They are not pushy either.
