Before coming in, I called ahead because my vehicle was covered with bugs from a cross-country road trip. The employee I spoke with was very helpful and explained that the Silver package and above should remove the bugs. After my first trip through the wash, there were still a few bugs left on the vehicle. I mentioned it to the manager, and he had no problem sending me through for a rewash. The second wash came out great, and I really appreciated the customer service. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the vacuums have excellent suction, making it easy to clean out your vehicle with minimal effort.
