Let me tell yall customer service goes a LONG way and I was beyond pleased with Strickland Brothers. I believe Jeff? I started having issues with my vehicle and took it to a different mechanic who found a rag, and a peice of scotch pad in the bottom of my oil pan, and there was so much silicone used to reseal the oil pan that there was half a tube's worth in the bottom of the pan. I not only had to replace multiple parts on my vehicle But also had to have the work that they did redone. I reached out to state my concerns and was told that I would get a call back and have yet to receive that call. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
