Ok. Darin helped me over the phone and made me a great deal on quality tires. The process was easy come in and wait in the clean comfortable waiting area and very soon you will be on your way. Be sure to double check your receipt before you leave, make sure the miles are correct and that the total price is what was quoted, not saying they are doing anything shady but mistakes can happen at a busy shop, they actually put my cars mileage 30000 miles less than what it is. If I have a warranty issue that could be a bad thing, but they easily and efficiently corrected it with no problem. If I was a previous customer it would have been obvious. Again great guys working hard and fast to get you on the road with great tires. Don't forget to double check your pressures, my car calls for 33 front and 30 rear, I left with 36 front and 44 rear. No stars deducted because they are a great local tire shop that really wants to do right by the customer. read more

I took my car in for a routine brake job, first one on this car. after seeing many 5 star reviews. After 3 days of work on my car and roughly 2 weeks unable to drive it post the brake replacement my car was returned to me personally by the owner Tate. I trusted Tate to make sure my car was safe to travel with my child in the vehicle, he ensured me it was.... It has been 5 months and my car is completely unsafe to drive and brake at high speeds (Heaven forbid I have to brake quickly). I took it for a second look with a Honda Mechanic who has 30+ years of experience and was told my wheel bearings on both the front ends need replacement. I was unable to reach Tate today as the shop was closed but I am now out an additional $500 to fix something I paid Discount Wheel and Tire to replace 5 months ago. Waiting to see what other damage was caused by their negligence once the tire assembly is removed to fix the bearings. Thanks for wasting my time and money, thank you for lying to my face about the issues you caused when returning my vehicle to me as well as putting my family's life at risk every time we drove. I will be following up with Tate asap. read more

I went to get a tire rotation they put my car on the front two ramps after a few minutes they let it down and never rotated my tires as I requested. I sit there and watch them do that they gave me my keys and said you're ready to go ma'am. I told the little guy they never took my tires off and rotated them I sit and watched them he went outside and apparently asked them then it comes back in and just hands me my keys. They have cameras there but guess what so does my phone. read more

These guys rock! Came in with a slightly low tire while traveling. Place was nice and cool, restrooms clean! Coffee hot! The tech said the screw wasn't through the tread but the manager said check it anyway in the water tank. They did and found the leak!
