I was going to just cut my losses and go to them anyways, but then decided they didn't deserve my business and I didn't want to arrive to be greeted with even more attitude and hatefulness so I called "grease and go" Strickland Brothers who mind you are 30 minutes from me and immediately was greeted with a friendly and ready to help attitude and when I asked him if they had time for an oil change today, he explained to me they did and how long it should take instead of replying "I mean at some point today i guess" like the other place did. Let me tell yall customer service goes a LONG way and I was beyond pleased with Strickland Brothers. I believe Jeff? Might have been who I Spoke to on the phone, but I'm not sure because I was just impressed with how nice he answered the phone. They worked for over an hour to try and help me, and when they were done, they straight up told me that they couldn't figure it out and wouldn't charge me for it, when they could have easily made some excuse to do unnecessary work. (To be fair, even the car manufacturer couldn't figure it out, and other places tried to charge me a LOT of money to fix what turned out to be a wiring problem from a previous repair center in Mckinney). I really appreciated their honesty and the work they put into what they do - it's so important when you trust someone with your car.

I went in for a brake job, and they slapped on some cheap Chinese parts that had my car shaking like a paint mixer. Took it back *four times* before they finally installed something halfway decent. Then, surprise--calipers started leaking, and now they're trying to upsell me on more repairs for damage they likely caused.
