Lynan from Shasta seems to recall the days when agents got perks and did hardly anything to support their customers. We booked travel through her. Fine. But when travel plans changed and we needed to rebook, she kept stalling every time we called. Until finally, she wouldn't even answer our calls. Thinking it was something very complicated, we got a friend to help. Turned out not only to be easy to get our rescheduled travel, but learned she was charging us a $40 fee that no one else did. Maybe she's just old and ready to retire- I think this would be best for everyone.

Big window to the right with like 30 free rooming cats. You will be crowded by 10 or so super nice meowing cats. Sit down and one to three of them will jump in your lap. Another room in the back with shy small kittens. And trees/toys. We had four adults and 3 kids all petting cats for $20. We did also adopt one that keep running after my kids when he wasn't purring like a lawn mower jumping lap to lap. I had lots of questions they were all answered, the cat was washed, dried, brushed, microchipped, teeth checked, ears checked, history reviewed before I took him home. I was told if he had any health issues she could help in the next few weeks. She let me barrow a cat carrier and sold me a litter box with clumping litter in it. And gave me a bag of food to mix with a higher quality food her food recommend was Pureina 1. This is her life folks, local caring, cat rescuing, super hero. If you are a cat person who wants to share your life with a animal come here. I took pics of my house and yard and openly shared with her, she didn't ask me to I just did and she liked that. Also she will ask you about your home. Not to intrude but to make sure he beloveds are not heading to a party house where they may again be abused and neglected. Or that your getting you girl a cat so she won't be mad or some other stupid reason etc. This place is pet therapy with a good donation to a good cause waiting to happen. Just be honest don't lead her on oh I want to adopt a cat. Just say here 20 bucks I'm going to help you pet and socialize you cats if that's okay then I'll be back next week. I think she would be fine with that.

The vets say go there they will help with fixing cats. Waste of time and energy. So now I have to euthanize the unfixed cats and kittens because I can't afford veterinarian cost.
