Don't waste your time. After today never again. The ER doctor, Mr. Christopher Smart was not so…read moresmart today he screamed and yelled at me running out of the room, then botched my medical records to say that I was just in a mental health crisis and physically and aggressively attacking him, which is a straight up lie The only person in a mental health that crisis today was him. He was the only one with irrational behavior. Even nurse Carly wrote when she came in the room I was just taking off hospital leads and I was and I let her take out my IV and then I gathered my belongings and I quietly walked out to my car and left stopping to catch my breath and even that worried me that security was gonna chase me down for stopping to breathe. I am over these doctors in hospitals that keep botching medical records and blaming patients and neglecting patient care. I have since requested to file a grievance! I want copies of the security footage. The incident report at the hospital since security had to be called because the only person running around screaming and yelling was the Dr. Smart but he is blaming me And then when security called back, there's conveniently no report filed. This doctor can claim I physically and verbally assaulted him in my medical charts but no report was filed about it? Don't waste your time clearly all they care about is intimidating and insulting patients and then falsifying medical records and sending them out the door. I left that hospital crying and scared of the doctor, calling them, asking them for a copy of the security report only to have head of security be rude abrasive and hostile as well and yes they got a complaint about him as well. I go into my medical records to find out this not so smart guy then falsified medical records and made up tons of lies in my medical files about me to dismiss his behavior and blame me. So I had to call them a second time and add to my first complaint other than his intimidating behavior and had to call back a third time to report the head of security being a jerk. I had to call them back and say that he falsified my documentation on top of it all.Unethical and unprofessional don't waste your time with this place. If that's the staff they have. If this guy wants to have a smear campaign with his lies in my medical charts, I'm gonna have a smear campaign with his name because he was the only one that acted unprofessional tIday and because a patient accidentally talked over him and so he walked out of the room screaming like a toddler creating a scene because I told him I didn't want his cough syrup. He was trying to prescribe because I can't take codeine with all my other medical conditions, but he failed to acknowledge that before he got mad and stormed out yelling and called security on me. I want the videos I want the reports he claims I assaulted him show me the paper trail. I will be seeking a lawyer like their own stupid head of security told me too, but it won't be just to obtain the videos it'll be to go after them for my medical records and this guy's negligence, irrational, erratic verbal assault and behavior towards me the patient and then blame it on me by botching my files With outrageous lies. This is illegal. I won't sit still for this by this guy's behavior and other complaints across social media. This guy is a loose cannon that treats his patients like crap and the hospital needs to do something about this guy's behavior toward patients because it's unprofessional unethical and breaks the laws and standards of care. I encourage everybody who has had a bad run with this guy to start calling that hospital and complaint to get him out of there. He has no bedside manner whatsoever.

It's none of my business even though it's a family member furthermore, the nurse in the ER was so rude To the wife and if you ask that question, they don't want to address it you ask for admin person to talk to them to get answers instead if you take a name, if you take a name they bring the security and a supervisor, instead of a admin person...I did mention you all gonna get yourselves fired, which is not a threat they bring up security to escort you out and you still haven't got to talk too a admin person to answer you questions...private hospital is not a trauma they don't have the capability of resolving the issueThey are rude and they don't care they bring their security that you're out of control and making threats which never happened. I was visiting Ocean Shores from 2 hrs away and woke up at 3AM in…read moreexcruciating pain, I was worried about going into an ER I wasn't familiar with but ended up needing to go. We drove to Harbor Regional and were immediately greeted with kindness and understanding from the front desk (night crew) I was seen right away and gotten my labs and vitals done immediately. They were very attentive to me and kind. I was brought in the back and given pain medication and wasn't just left sitting there in pain for hours on end, so I was feeling better almost immediately! I also work in healthcare so I was understanding about labs taking a little bit. I ended up getting my medication to treat my illness and was sent on my way in a timely manner :) The Doctors and Nurses were so wonderful to me and patient. I believe shift switch occurred before I left and the day time Nurses were so kind as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience being scared and in pain, hours away from home. Thank you Harbor Regional! Two days later and I'm good as new.

When my dad was dying of his dementia he was in the hospital here for a month ish and they took horrible care of him. Every time we visited him he hadn't been cleaned and his diaper was never changed. I understand that he was a difficult patient considering his condition however there is never a good excuse to leave a patient in his own feces for hours on end. As a caretaker myself that is never okay. January 17th, 2025 I had a miscarriage that lasted 11 days. I went to the emergency room mid miscarriage because I was in a lot of pain and bleeding tremendously and they didn't see me for 8 hours. Then by the time all the tests and everything were over they said they couldn't confirm that it was a miscarriage (even though it was painfully obvious) and that all they could confirm was that the baby was no longer in my uterus. On top of that they were cold and heartless when they finally told me the baby wasn't there anymore. It was the worst day of my life, they could have been a little more sensitive rather than just trying to get me out of the room. I also went to the er last night for a workplace incident which is what I led with and the nurse not only didn't put the right info about what my symptoms were but she didn't start the workplace incident paperwork so now instead of being on bedrest for my mild traumatic brain injury like I'm supposed to be, I have to go back to the hospital to start and fill out the paperwork so I can put in for my workmans comp. My last complaint to date is that last week I went in with symptoms related to placental abruption. Considering I'm in a high risk pregnancy with placenta previa already diagnosed they SHOULD HAVE done an ultrasound to make sure that the placenta hadn't detached. But instead he told me that he "Didn't see a reason for an ultrasound" even though my OBGYN is the one who sent me to the emergency room to begin with. If it weren't the only place close enough for an emergency I would never use this hospital.
