I was showing her a machine and Ryoka approached us aggressively and asked " how old is she ?" Then she proceeded to tell me we couldn't be so close to the weight area. I told her we were not near weight and she got loud and embarrassing- I will never return to this gym. My daughter was so excited going in today, she even took pics to commemorate her first day at the gym.

They deliver exceptional customer service and provide above average service. The childcare is top notch. My kids feel safe and enjoy going which they never did at our previous gym. The activities are engaging and and the environment is rich with love. I feel completely safe leaving my son who has multiple allergies. My oldest son, 8, enjoys his time in Spark. Any time there are renovations or closures of particular areas due to remodeling the members are given advance notice via email and signs posted in the facility. We have NEVER experienced any concerns with billing. There are monthly date nights and the cost is minimal. The activities planned are engaging and keep the little hands busy. The swimming area is clean and there are family changing areas. By far our favorite gym and we have been members at several.

In the middle of October, my grandson started complainiing about a stomachache. We thought it was a virus. Two weeks later he still had a stomachache. I took him to the Doctor. After many tests, the Doctor said he tested positive for CRYPTOSPORIDIUM, which is a parasite found in dirty pools. It causes respiratory and gastrointestinal illness. Don't ignore your children's coughs and tummyaches. The last time he swam there was at the beginning on November, that was before we knew his test results. I noticed the whole area and pools had had a major cleaning, but we won't send him back there.

Is insulting the fact that you pay this people for a service and they are JUST RUDE !!!!! They are late for their classes and they still do not do any make ups. (They are late to all their classes and they have an attitude about it) The worst part is they are always booked ......!!!! Why people support business like this!!!!!!! ??? People should boycott business, that allowed this kind of behavior from their own employees..... I had no idea they were so horrible The front office staff, the old instructor (with the "I hate everyone" face) and another huge blonde instructor need to fix their faces number one, and shouldn't deal with costumers directly, they have no people skills, What the need to be doing is cleaning the pool, when everyone is gone, in that way they don't interact with costumers. Costumers that pay their salary, but they don't seem to care! The sad part is, they could be great, but with the nasty attitude everyone has in that location , is not worth nothing. Is just bad NEVER AGAIN

Going to copy and paste what my mother in law sent to the directors as to why we chose to unenroll…read moreour child from this preschool and will NOT recommend to any family in Cumming or around. Here is our review: I am writing to express my utter disappointment in the way in which our sweet, happy hearted four year old was treated at Cumming First United Methodist Preschool. I can not tell you how overjoyed we all were when we found out a slot had opened and she was going to be able to attend. Having been a member for 20+ years, dedicated to many years of leading and participating in all of the volunteer programs with the church, my granddaughter being baptized there and my daughter's eulogy being officiated by Rev. Kathy Stasko, our family has always considered the church leaders and fellow parishioners as being welcoming, loving and full of grace. In a very short amount of time, I have witnessed bias, judgement and a lack of understanding and grace.. Below are the details of the occurrences leading up to our decision to withdraw our 4 year old from CFUMC Pre School: To begin with, your application queries as to the level of potty training in which your child can be considered, to which my son and daughter in law answered honestly that she was not completely trained. The fact that she was not completely potty trained became an issue immediately, prompting Kim Hannigan to send the first of her condescending, misinformed emails to my son and daughter in law. After a lengthy conversation with her teacher Ms. Wendy, she seemed to be confused as to why Kim sent an email and stated that there wasn't a problem with our 4 year old; she didn't understand why Kim contacted us. We were instructed to send her in a Pull Up by the teachers and Kim contradicted that instruction stating that it was "not appropriate" After contacting Taie, the Director about the mis-direction and the condescending email from Kim, our 4 year old became a target of constant scrutiny We received reports of our 4 year old acting aggressively almost daily. In particular, we were told that she was aggressive towards a non-verbal child in the class yet when she was questioned at home about it, she would tell us how she was pushed. On a regular basis, we were told that she didn't complete work and wouldn't participate, was disruptive; despite her bringing home completed papers on a regular basis A second rudely worded, lecturing email was sent from Kim regarding an accident she had, after many weeks of no incidents, to which we called a meeting and requested that instead of hiding behind an email, maybe Kim should be a little more human and pick up the phone and have a conversation. Most people who want to truly resolve an issue would communicate verbally so that there was no misperception of one's tone or intent. My daughter in law noticed that our 4 year olds hair had been cut in the front. She asked her how it happened and she said "kids name" did it. When she sent the picture and contacted the school about why another child had scissors so close to our 4 year olds eyes, she simply received a response showing a picture of River, stating that the hair wasn't cut. Yet, if you zoom in, you can see that the short hairs were swept back and blended in with her other hair. Secondly, nothing was investigated with the other child and the same scrutiny was not used as had been with our 4 year old. Lastly, my daughter in law received a call stating that another child stated our 4 year old "touched her privates". When she arrived at the school and asked for details, she was told that they didn't further investigate. Again, it was just assumed this occurred and she was to blame. There was no discussion or attempt to try and determine what, if anything happened at all. Once home, she was asked if she touched the child and where, she said she touched "the back of her head". Our 4 year old is a member of her Girl Scout troop, plays with neighborhood kids of all ages and interacts with her cousins almost every weekend. She is a sweet spirited, active little four year old who has never acted aggressively towards anyone. I am so upset that she was exposed to bad behaviors and treated so unfairly by an establishment we all trusted. Furthemore, I am empathetic towards any child with special needs but I do not think your school is equipped with the trained professionals necessary to handle non verbal children, along with young children who are around them. In particular, you always placed blame on our 4 year old when she interacted with said child and never offered to acknowledge that he too was aggressive towards her. In closing, I am disgusted with the lack of grace shown to our 4 year old and hi-light the fact that the leadership in this children's program is sub par. You have failed our 4 year old; she loses in this situation and that should weigh heavily on everyone's conscience.

My child did not feel supported & loved here…read more We moved to another preschool just up the road & the difference is amazing... he's happy & thriving. Please look elsewhere... there are much better & loving preschools in Cumming. They STRONGLY discourage you walking your child to class, they want you to use the car drop off/pick up line from the first day. If your child separates easily no problem but for my child walking him in & saying goodbye at the door makes a huge difference in his day. The supply list for the 3 year old classroom was huge & rather expensive. And they were constantly having "fundraisers" which of course required more money. Also important to know in the 3 year old class if your child has a potty accident after Christmas they require you, the parent, to come clean your child up. Wasn't an issue for us but definitely shows a lack of compassion & love towards the children in their care.

Thanks to these incredible teachers, that transition has been nothing short of seamless. From day one, they welcomed him with warmth, patience, and genuine care. They've created an environment where he feels comfortable, supported, and excited to learn every day. Seeing him come home happy, engaged, and confident has been such a relief as a parent. I no longer carry that "mom guilt" because I know he's in a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning space. This school truly has amazing teachers and maintains a very high standard of care and curriculum. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their child will thrive. Thank you, Ms. Rani and Ms. Sravanthi, for making such a positive impact on our lives. My son is happy because of you, and for that, I'm truly grateful.

We went to pediatrician more than 4 times every month when he was there. As a conclusion, it's like paying to get sickness and meeting disrespectfu/ignoring people. i blame myself to choose this facility. Before my son even…read morestepped foot on the building for Pre-K Ms. Tammy and I had phone calls to put my mind at ease. As a former daycare employee I had a lot of genuine concerns going in. It was unnecessary here to be concerned. My very shy little guy truly flourished in Pre-K. He was loved, loved on and cared for and about. He got sick 2x the entire school year and that was because he caught the flu from family, because Ms. Tammy keeps her school very clean and is very good about making sure friends aren't there to share germs! The teachers are fantastic! Not only did my son learn an impressive amount, he looked forward to seeing his teachers every day. He wanted them to come to our house for holidays. He was writing sentences by the end of the school year, and counting syllables and sounding out words. But none of it was ever stressful or difficult or frustrating so I know they truly incorporated learning through play. Parents were invited to a Halloween Party, a Christmas party and the most precious end of year Graduation celebration! We received photo albums at the end of the year with photos of the kids participating in activities throughout the year and I will cherish it forever. There was never a day when I felt uncomfortable or anxious about leaving him and that says a lot. Ms. Tammy is also very realistic about food the kids will eat and makes sure to have them on a routine of knowing just what they will have each day for lunch. The lunch is healthy and kid friendly and not a bunch of stuff kids just toss and sit in school hungry all day (which has been my experience in every school I've worked in). I taught Pre-K in several "fancy", extremely popular, high end chain schools...Ms. Tammy's school far exceeds any of them. We are so very sad to be leaving them but I will thank God every day for leading my family to theirs
