They ignored my NEWBORN child when she threw up on herself so often she had to have 2 medicated creams to help with the infection it caused on her ears. When brought up to the daycare director Stephanie- SHE DID NOTHING. Instead my kids were asked to leave the daycare facility. That teacher is still in the infant room! 2. They never called me when my children were sick - EVER - instead I came to pick my child up and she was naked in the corner of the room covered in vomit crying - they gave her milk knowing she was allergic. When asked they denied but told the other co workers and was eventually told to me that my child was given milk. When brought up to the director Stephanie- SHE DID NOTHING! 3. The director kept double charging my daycare fees and said that wasn't being paid properly. And I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. 4. I walked in to the class to drop my kids and watched big kids in the infant room pulling infants hair out and pelting METAL water bottles at other kids heads (and the little girl was begging them to stop crying on the floor screaming) and again the teacher did NOTHING and let them beat her up- and said oh they're okay. I HAVE SO MANY HORROR STORIES FROM THAT PLACE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!! Literally anywhere else works better than here!

As a former daycare employee I had a lot of genuine concerns going in. It was unnecessary here to be concerned. My very shy little guy truly flourished in Pre-K. He was loved, loved on and cared for and about. He got sick 2x the entire school year and that was because he caught the flu from family, because Ms. Tammy keeps her school very clean and is very good about making sure friends aren't there to share germs! The teachers are fantastic! Not only did my son learn an impressive amount, he looked forward to seeing his teachers every day. He wanted them to come to our house for holidays. He was writing sentences by the end of the school year, and counting syllables and sounding out words. But none of it was ever stressful or difficult or frustrating so I know they truly incorporated learning through play. Parents were invited to a Halloween Party, a Christmas party and the most precious end of year Graduation celebration! We received photo albums at the end of the year with photos of the kids participating in activities throughout the year and I will cherish it forever. There was never a day when I felt uncomfortable or anxious about leaving him and that says a lot. Ms. Tammy is also very realistic about food the kids will eat and makes sure to have them on a routine of knowing just what they will have each day for lunch. The lunch is healthy and kid friendly and not a bunch of stuff kids just toss and sit in school hungry all day (which has been my experience in every school I've worked in). I taught Pre-K in several "fancy", extremely popular, high end chain schools...Ms. Tammy's school far exceeds any of them. We are so very sad to be leaving them but I will thank God every day for leading my family to theirs

This was the absolute coldest environment I've ever stepped into and I feel guilty for letting my child stay here for the last 6 months. My daughter begged me NOT to take her there after only a month or two. I should've listened to her because it was 6 months too long! The teachers are not loving towards the children at all, the communication is lacking and they do not know how to handle strong minded kids. They tend to just focus on negative behavior instead of encouraging positive behavior. But the MAIN reason I withdrew her was because the teachers do NOT pay attention to what is going on in their classroom and have zero accountability for incidents. They are highly under staffed and do not watch the children closely AT ALL. My daughter would come home with multiple injuries and no incident report or notification. She had at least 6 bites in the toddler room including her first week there and she came home with 2 black eyes with no explanation as to how she got it. They actually asked me if she had it when I dropped her off that morning. Are you kidding me?? The director was just as guilty as the rest of the staff and never once saw /met the owner until after the check quit coming. I never bothered calling her back. Please do our research before enrolling here, I do NOT recommend it.

I contacted the school and ultimately Core Essentials, who admitted they make up their definitions in order to make them easier for elementary aged children. I'm not sure why they think they're more competent than Webster's dictionary, but they do. My favorite definition was humility: showing someone you care by giving up something you think you deserve. I'm not sure there's a word that even goes with that definition. I'm all for teaching character traits in school, but only if you define them correctly. My daughter recently had the word humility on a vocabulary test and I can assure you Cora Essentials definition was not the answer

TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!
