My child is developmentally behind and they were willing to give us a chance. we fell in love with this team right away. they were very hands on with our child and everyone knew him. all staff and children alike. they provided up with excellent feedback when there were times that were a little tougher, which happens in this work. they worked with us to collaborate on solutions and ideas. they were very inclusive with him and other children and even let him do his thing. they knew he was special and the children knew but did not care. he was their friend. Marci's team was absolutely amazing and provided such excellent care it was heartbreaking to leave due to relocation. All the staff was sad to see him go but was very supportive. they were all very hands on and believed in educating all children at their pace. we thank you all for your support and taking care of our child so well. it will be a challenge to find a new area after all these amazing and wonderful people. The small details they put into the tour to allowing our daughter to sit in the class to see how she would interact with the kids and her teacher made us feel extremely comfortable. We can't say enough about her teacher Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Vivianne and Ms. Chris! They have done so much in the three months that our daughter has been going to school. One of the big attractions we saw was the curriculum they had even in the young toddlers room. Since this was our daughters first school, we wanted to make sure she had the right development and we found it here at Primrose. Another big perk was the healthy nutritional options that's already included and the way they communicate in their daily report how much they have eaten/drank throughout the day also gives us a clue as to what she likes and doesn't like. Compared to some of the other schools we saw in the area, they are a little higher, but I feel like it's definitely worth the investment and you won't be disappointed with their professionalism and the way they truly treat you as part of their family! Daycares have become quite costly in recent years but this one is worth every penny that they…read morerequire. They emphasize education so it's not a baby sitting service. They start teaching at age 1! They help with potty training if you need too. They provide the breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks for the kids. The staff are easy to reach and communicative. The teachers all have at least a bachelor's degree in childcare or have a background with managing kids, nurses included. They remember all the kid's names and make everyone feel welcomed. It's also quite diverse with cultures and they have respect for others cultures as well. It's a great environment and they even have small celebrations and recognitions such as for Valentine's Day, Grandparents day, etc.
