OK, so they would send out a guy named Faron (best in the business). He would come treat and fix what was not treated each time. Contract came up for review, and I called to say, I wanted to cancel. They offered me a solution, reduce my rate, and Faron would be set up permanently. He even trained another gentleman who I agreed to Dominic. Well, the new pricing brings nothing. First treatment, not as promised, 2nd treatment, not as promised, and today I called to find out what was going on. I told them to just cancel, and no options, no promises, just ok, I can get you right over to cancel. I told them lying to keep people is not a good thing to do, and now, as I see other ratings, I understand. Very sad, that I gave them so many chances to make things right.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!

Although their services were barely satisfactory, they make it impossible to cancel. They told me…read moreI was committing to 4 visits and I foolishly believed them. Their contract says 4 services after the initial visit (total 5) and that the contract lasts at least 12 months, but they have disclaimer language that requires a 30 day written notice (otherwise you must pay for a fifth service), which means if you try to cancel within 30 days of that annual expiration, you have not kept the contract in force for an entire 12 months and you owe a cancellation fee and must re-imburse them for any promotional discount that was given on the first visit. Then they say that if they return for a warranty service (like when we still had bugs after a treatment), then that means I extended the contract for another service visit. And yes, they send you through a gauntlet of three levels when you try to cancel. I can't believe that someone hasn't shut them down. Nightmare to work with.
