Been dealing with this company for years. Had them come out to our family farm about 10 years ago. Our farm was constructed in the late 1800, so bugs and spiders have all kinds of ways to get into the house. They came out the first time for a coon problem. The traps were set, and they were gone within a month. Then it was bees setting up shop in the walls. John came out and took care of it. That was the earlier years, and my father was the one scheduling with John. As years went by, many hornet nests, coons, and mice, I now deal with Matt. Snowball Pest Control isn't like your typical company. These guys have turned into family to us over the years. We are able to call them out, without us being at the property, and not worry about them doing their job. We trust them, respect them, and they will always have our buisness. Terrible communication and customer service. A technician shows up today and treats the exterior of our home without our authorization or prior scheduling. Then they claim they texted my husband yesterday to confirm, but then they indicate they called my number today. Why would you text one number and then call a different one? WE HAVE TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER WHO TO CONTACT. Shouldn't be that difficult. What a circus. read more

My family had ants in our kitchen and bathroom - we had snowball come spray on 5/15/24 , they guy stated that it would work instantaneously. I get home from work today 5/16 to a kitchen full of ants worse than it ever was - I paid for a year of service to get anytime help - I called from 4:30-5 with no answer to any of my calls . So much for reliable and service to kill the ants . I am putting a hold on the check . No answer , problem is worse . read more

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. This company was contracted to clean up a bedbug infestation and mouse infestation in our house by a church group that was trying to help us because we could not do it ourselves. They were supposed to remove flooring, furniture, bedding etc. and treat for pests. We were given less than a week notice to prepare for them coming in to prepare a list of items we wanted to save. We hastily did so and they were instructed to leave those items in the house. We told the leaders of the church group to have them put the items in the basement. There was a brand new recumbent exercise bike that my physician recommended, still in the box, valued at over $400.00 that mysteriously disappeared. There was a brand new Canon printer valued at $300.00 that also mysteriously disappeared. The cable boxes and routers that belonged to Alta Fiber were thrown in the garbage and now we are responsible for paying for those ($455.00). All of my tools; hand tools, power tools, a table saw everything valued at over $5,000.00 are gone. They were in the basement. They even took the peg board hooks that my tools were on. They also took the washer, dryer and stationary tubs from the basement. A Weber grill and a gas grill were thrown away. Numerous containers of coins of every denomination disappeared. Three perfectly good bikes that were in the basement are now gone. Our house is now completely empty. We cannot move back into it. We went from having a somewhat comfortable life to being homeless in a period of less than a month. Needless to say we are crushed. We are 73 years old and have to start over from nothing, partly because of Snowball coming into our house and removing everything. read more

Based on another review I called this pest control company. The lady who answered the phone was wonderful. She helped me make a good decision on what is best for us. I called to get a quote for my 2 bedroom condo and they were extremely quick and much more reasonably priced than Terminix. They also did not try to force an upsell on me when I asked for a quote. I was so impressed with their ability to come out the same day to spray for my spider problem and they were extremely knowledgable and thorough. I got a call from a tenant about a bat in the house, so I called Snowball pest control and the owner Matt answered. After we hung up, Cameron was there within one hour and got the bat out safely. No good with bed bugs! Snowball has been to my residence 3 times! The first time they said they didn't see any signs of bed bugs, but I've seen them in the bed and on my couch. A few weeks later they came again because it was getting worse they were all over the place and on the walls! The 3rd time the guy barely sprayed anything and said the treatment they use DOES NOT KILL ALL STAGES OF BED BUGS. So they are just chasing their tail! They said they would spray again in a month, but there are adults in my bed again. This is a nightmare! read more
