There's so many fruits including mango, pineapple, and strawberries. Also they have non dairy milks. They have protein powders including many that are vegan. It gets all blended up and they're fast. The smoothie I got was a good one. Among the healthiest places here. It's on 207th Street at Post Avenue in Inwood among lots of bodegas and other Hispanic places. I been coming to this spot for years now. This spot has the best Patelitos and smoothies. Before this place was open i use to buy my Patelitos from corner blocks. Since it's so well known in the upper west side of Manhattan. This place is my go to spot going to work in the Am i usually buy a nice Fresh Fruits Smoothie and coming out of work i do the same with maybe 2 Patelitos. The place is not that big so you will always expect people to be inside, But with there fast paste servers you will get served on the spot. One of the best things about the smoothies are the fruits their fresh and juicy. The prices are great as well you can buy a large smoothie for just $4. I will guranteed you will love this place stop by and give them a try if you are a Smoothie lover. we asked multiple times in both English and Spanish if our card would be accepted. We were told each time "yes" and that we would be able to pay. Once it's time to ring up the order, the woman at the register starts saying she can't take the card and we need to use another. How about you get the dollar signs out of your eyes and do your job? Great place to grab a quick bite. The service is fast and convenient. The smoothies are great however i been here a couple of times and i dont know if they ever addressed the issue where i go really before work grab some patelitos and they seemed as if they were from last night and they were just reheated. There's no reason the patelitos shouldn't be fresh especially if i'm buying them in the morning. It was really disappointing cause ive had their fresh patelitos before but this has happened more than once where the patelitos are hard and that's why i stopped coming in here and just go across the street that has a great patelitos with many options . This place is highly reviewed, which I why I went, but it was just okay. There is no parking in the area and not in the best location. I will say that all of the fruit was fresh and delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a great assortment of natural juices, smoothies, and other delights. I was there for the fruit. I ordered a fruit parfait. They tried to stick me with one of the premade parfaits in their refrigerator but I insisted on my own creation. I ordered a parfait with strawberry, blackberry, and banana. It also comes with yogurt and granola. To me, this place was supposed to be a moderately healthy alternative to going to a bakery and having a cookie or cupcake, so when they told me they didn't have plain yogurt; rather all they had was some super sweetened and sugary vanilla or strawberry yogurt options, I was disappointed. Every time I work 207 Station I get two cheese pastelitos. They're $1.50 a piece and they hit the spot.

I just went there and they were open... (On yelp it said they were closed.... Lies!!) This place is amazing!! So glad I found it! The chicken patty is amazing!!! I really wanted to try the cheese one but there were none left :/ Customer service is fast and kind! My smoothie was missing sugar the first time so I asked for some (sugar) and instead of just giving me some (sugar), the lady put my smoothie back in the blender and added the sugar there... After I had an amazingggg masterpiece of a smoothie! My secret smoothie recipe: strawberry, papaya, mango, and 1/2 of a banana... She adds orange juice (I'm pretty sure I tastes it) and skim milk (that I saw for sure). So again: if you're in the area... You MUST try this place. It's awesome and I really wish they had one back home (Miami)! read more

The good news: they expanded! The bad news: they changed the name and I can't remember to what! I've been coming to this smoothie establishment for at least a year now, as I find myself in Inwood fairly often. They have nearly every fruit imaginable, which you can order in any combination, with your choice of milk or sugar. I also noticed they put cinnamon in smoothies, which adds a faint and tasty tang to the smoothies. I'm a fan of their strawberry banana smoothies. So creamy and delicious with condensed milk-- it barely lasts a few blocks before it's gone. They have empanadas which are good (not as good as Empanadas Monumental though), and sandwiches. there were many people lined up in this little hole in the wall place. had the beef empanada. it had a nice flakey crust with a well seasoned beef filling. the menu isn't translated but you can get the gist of what's going on and what they've got. will want to try a smoothie since I saw them making it with evaporated milk! read more
