A lot of time my phone says no connection at my house. I will not say that the service isn't good because I know some people have no problems but where I live in this house it does not pick up. The service you receive from any company as far as quality goes is going to be based on the EXACT location you are getting that service. I wish that it would have worked but I didn't get that kind of Luck with them but that does not mean you won't.

It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

With no weather conditions , no obstructions and installation provided by professionals, I find it completely unacceptable to charge over $100 per month for an average plan.

While Dr. Eddie was responsive and effective during the sales process and completed the initial installation himself, communication stopped entirely once the installation was finished. Almost immediately after setup, we experienced multiple issues with our DirecTV system. Despite numerous attempts to contact him--via voicemail, text messages, and repeated follow-ups--we received no response. As a result, we were forced to spend several hours working directly with DirecTV customer support to resolve ongoing problems with the remote and the Genie system that should have been addressed by the installer. The lack of post-installation support was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Due to these unresolved issues and the complete absence of follow-through, we ultimately canceled DirecTV service and returned to Comcast. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before engaging Dr. Eddie for DirecTV services.
