Interesting they keep bugging me to sign up for Cellphone service. I'm happy with my T Mobile service. Ok 1st 2 years 1 dollar a month.. then what.? Service is the thing. Don't know if they have the towers abd so on to cover the areas in the country side. Like out at my small ranch out side seligman arizona. i was thinking about getting optimum service, it was spos to be $25 per month, however when i was…read moregoing to order service it was $35 per month unless i would agree to auto pay, scams like this are the exact reason i never do auto pay. so a week later i get a text say i owe $35 and there will be late fees if not paid on time. i called optimums terrible customer service i think she said she would take care of issue, hard to say she could not speak English very well. then i get a call form some one try to tell me something, this person could not speak understandable English at all. have no idea what she was saying, yesterday i get bill in the mail, say that i owe $35 dollars for service that i never ordered or received at all good thing i did not agree to auto pay. i cant get any customer service at optimum. maybe i can find some one else that has had this problem with optimum find out what they did to fix it cant imagine what a problem i would have if i had agreed to auto pay, or given my credit card number so i will post this on the internet, the bbb, and yelp see if i can find some one that has dealt with this kind of issue with optimum p.s. wow iv never seen so many bad reviews "BE WARNED DO NOT GIVE OPTIMUM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER" i happy i did not, however i have hours of wasted time trying to correct this issue

This was a vacation home, but we are spending more time here and need something that works. Can't stream Netflix or anything else. $55/month for terrible internet. Had fiber installed on Monday at 6pm, after they were supposed to show up at 1pm! Turns out they didn't install it correctly and it started to fall down! so a guy showed up and said he would be back in an hour and it turned out to be 2 hours! so it turns out they didn't inst the hood down screw correctly and they should have put it in a stud, but they didn't! so new guy shows up and puts it back in same hole! won't last long again and they ruined my dinner! Thanks Wesuck!
