We were extremely flexible with days and time frame,but our status remained pending for DAYS. I contacted Customer Service, because we purchased the membership and had already been charged, but still no service, nor any answers. When I finally got in touch with a representative they were in the Philippines and barley knew what they were talking about. The representative did not understand my frustration, did not solve my issue but continuously told me I needed to be patient, because HelloTech barely has any techs in my area, and to not have my hopes up with any same day installation. So why pay for the service if I am not getting service. I reached out to an online tech who I thought was very helpful, and he advised he would cancel my membership and reimburse me. I was very grateful for that. So randomly today I received a bank alert stating HelloTech charged me another membership fee. Anyways they are the BIGGEST SCAM! Instead of giving money to companies like this that do not value their Moto nor their customers, give your money to your local techs out there. I hope this helps.

I primarily communicated with Corey prior to the appointment and he was always available, even in the evenings, and very professional. Our first TV arrived dead on arrival and the replacement TV was scheduled to arrive the same day as the rescheduled mounting appointment. Corey was incredibly accommodating with these time constraints which was very much appreciated by us. Chris and Demario were the technicians who performed the work at our appointment. Both were incredibly kind, professional, and dedicated to doing the job "right." They mounted the TV and soundbar and also ran 3 HDMI cables behind our fireplace and into our built-in cabinets. They used measure tapes and bubble levels to ensure everything was straight and centered. The cable management behind the TV was great and everything was hidden. The next day I thought the TV might have been slightly crooked, but after checking myself with a measure tape and level, I realized that it was actually the walls and trim of my home that were not straight! I am so happy with the work and they came in at less than 50% of the price quoted by a different local company. We will definitely be using them again for other TVs and low voltage needs in our home!

They called from the road to see if we were available for them to come before our time window. Early? How many service providers these days are EARLY? Demario and Chris couldn't have been any nicer to deal with..both super nice guys and very professional. They clearly know their stuff and had everything connected in less time than I expected. And, they were happy to run through the TV to make sure we were ready to go as well. I can't recommend Express highly enough. Just a terrific customer oriented company that aims to please.
