They state the problem is at the pole. There seems to be 0 communication within the company between techs and maintenance, customer service just wants me to reset my modem 700 times. Gross negligence and incompetence, if there wasn't a monopoly in my area for internet service providers I would have switched long ago. I work from home twice a week and this has been directly impacting my job performance. Spectrum does not cover lost wages instead offer an extremely generous $25 off my monthly bill. I don't want your charity, just the service I pay for. If you have an option I'd recommend staying away from charter (spectrum) whatever they are calling themselves these days.

After the manager Keith was extremely inappropriate, hostile, and quite frankly, aggressive, the owner was contacted so I could at least receive a partial refund. 110$ was given and an excuse that Keith has mental illnesses that make him unable to control his emotions. I have never felt more uncomfortable and threatened in a place in my entire life. He didn't even finish setting up the free phone. He just made comments like "whomp whomp" and "it is what it is". I will never come here again. I will drive over an hour to another metro store. I suggest everyone does the same.

The result was their service doesn't work where I need it to. Wouldn't that be breach of contract? The manager of the location was no help and told me sorry it's our service. If the service doesn't work where I needed to, then the phone is useless, and I should not be held to a contract. T-Mobile is exactly what it has been forever.
