I am a through and through Disney fanatic. My obsession has led me to Disney World 23 times Disneyland 23 times and on a Disney cruise. It's quite obnoxious to be quite frank. For some unexplainable reason, I have never been to the store even though I've lived here for over five years. I was mistaken, thinking this was a cast off store and not a legitimate authentic Disney store. I was completely and utterly wrong. The store is a genuine Disneyland Disney World store with Disneyland Disney World merchandise. We just got back from Disneyland two weeks ago and can easily see the same exact items that we saw in Anaheim. I am completely astounded and shocked at the deals here. Disneyland shirts for $1.98 and $3.98 ?! I got a super thick Disney robe for $26 and genuine captain America costume for $15 regular price $79. The same figment crocs my daughter got for $69 are here for $29. The deals are just over the top. We don't have tons of room in our luggage from or last trips but that is no problem since we can easily drive to this store. The music and employees are magical and I felt like I spend two hours at Disney today in Branson! read more

I took my purchase to the checkout. The blonde lady says, "Do you want to carry out your purchase as is or do you want to purchase a reusable bag for $1.25? Half understanding her I said, "No thank you I don't want purchase a bag." Then realizing what she said, I asked, "Wait, are you saying there's no bag for my purchase?" She repeats blandly, "You can purchase a reusable bag for $1.25." Having NEVER shopped anywhere that doesn't put your purchase in a bag, I said, "so y'all don't have any plastic bags like Wal-Mart?" To which she said quite rudely, " We don't have Wal-Mart bags!" I said, "You know what, I don't need it, you're very rude." I should've said, "You know what else you don't have? Great for children clothes and different Disney things. Lots of children don't get to visit Disney and thus gives them a chance to have something from Disney. read more

We took our 3 year old here on vacation today. We spent over $260 on some bigger toys for him. Sheri and Anna said they didn't offer bags to carry your merchandise out. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that but my sons father who was carrying him only has 1 arm he can use due to being a combat veteran. Since they didn't offer bags I asked for assistance carrying all these huge items out. They refused and said they don't do that. How embarassing to to treat your veterans that way. To make them be embarassed they can't do the things normal people do is bad enough. But when they come into your store to spend their hard earned money, and you don't have any accommodations available other than purchasing bags because you "started upgrading years ago" is not a good business strategy. Not only that but the $80 spiderman tower wouldn't have fit in your reusable bag anyways. I hope all veterans see this. I know I'll be making it a personal mission going foward to avoid this store. This was our first time back since they tried making him wear a mask in there at 2 years old. Which we left and refused then. After this experience it's clear, this is a "woke" company that needs some management training and a ton of policy revisions. We will not be back and will cancel our disney plus today as well. read more

Disney generally has some of the most expensive merchandise around. Not just at the theme parks, but the stuff in the mall shops are always full price and never on sale. Now that I think about it, I've never seen a "sale" sign in a Disney store. Hmm... Which is why this outlet shop is so useful. It's all (well, most) of the Disney store stuff, but at marked down prices. It's not cheap, but it is certainly a good deal if you're looking to buy a Princess or a Buzz Lightyear for someone. It's also not exactly the current stuff. There was more Cars I than Cars II to be seen and less of the more recent Toys movies merchandise. I managed to find a couple of bargains in there, including on some stuff for grown-ups. An XL "Buzz" tshirt and proper-sized Eeyore PJ's. read more

Went shopping at several stores in the Tangerine Outlet, all of which recommended masks but didn't require them. Got to Disney and there's a line down the sidewalk. They're requiring masks and limiting entry. The place looked to have more people outside than inside. Not that Disney needs my money, but they didn't get any of it. read more

It's a great store to visit! It has a lot of old Disney merchandise that has been lowered to great prices. The mostly carry kids items but they do have adult themes shirts, coffee cups, accessories, and Christmas items. I recommend visiting here if your shopping for a Disney lover, like myself. You can buy park tickets here as well. If your planning on a Disney vacation stop here first!!! Buying souvenirs at Disney World/Land is expensive. You will pay top dollar there. Save yourself some time and money and shop at the outlets. They always have a special going on so check with the store clerk. Another thing is check the prices before you buy. I've had issues with items not ringing up correctly that was on clearance multiple times. This is a great must stop spot when your visiting Branson!! read more

This place is awesome!!!! I can't say enough amazing things! I visited here recently on mine and my husband's 16th anniversary trip and was blown away by the prices and selection. It was like visiting my local Disney Store...at a greatly discounted price! Much of the merchandise I found was on sale and I was impressed at the variety. I ended up buying a tripod to use on my upcoming Disney solo getaway, a nightgown, a Frozen iPhone case, and a vintage Disney Parks "Mr Toad's Wild Ride" t shirt. Nothing I bought was over 25.00. I was greatly impressed by the Cast Members as well and their friendliness. I will definitely return to this shop when I visit Branson again. read more

This Disney store didn't have very many options for adult sized clothing. It did have a very good atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The kids options were fantastic. It was very clean and organized. read more

If you're a Disney Fan or let's just be real and call it "Disney Freak", like myself, then you will want to head to the Disney Store FIRST at the Tanger Outlet. This store is great! Of course, it will not have everything on shopdisney.com (obviously) but it does have a pretty good selection for your impulsive habit. lol yah, just slap Mickey on it and you'll take it, right? Ok, let's be practical now. They have cool bargains up at the register. Like stuff for one to a few bucks. Great for gifts. They also have great combo deals at times. Call ahead and see what sales or promos they have going on because you might just be blessed to see what they've got in store. Prices are high on regular things, but if you are a local, wait a few weeks OR a month or so, and that item or those items you have been lusting for might be on clearance. That's what I do. Seriously though, you gotta be a cheapskate if you enjoy your Disney stuff 'cuz that merch can make a dent in your wallet if you're not careful. OH, and if you've got a mini superhero at home like me, costumes are great quality at the Disney Store. They can have a hefty price tag SO ALWAYS WATCH AND WAIT for the price to go down. Patience is everything. However, one time we waited a bit too long, and the costume was a gonner. So... I guess pick your battle. See ya at the Disney Store! read more
