But to my surprise, Catherine was particularly very attentive to our needs and even went back to their stockroom a couple of times to get me a more suitable size. It was excellent customer service! The only issue I had was when we were paying I didn't check the price. When the cashier scanned the item, the price was a lot higher than what was on the tag. The item was supposed to be 40% off but in effect, I ended up paying for the full price... So I recommend this store but do check your items and receipt before you leave.

The associate made recommendations for other products. I usually shop for my kid's clothes at Carters because they carry a wide variety of selection. I do wait for most items to go on clearance before purchasing. Most of the time I can find great deals like anything between $5-$8 for shirts and pants which is definitely a steal.

The best part is, the clearance section is not the typical bottom of the barrel crap but actually good clothing that you can wear now! This store has a men's section and also a children's section (less likely to find sales items here for some odd reason). There is also a small shoe section and accessories section as well. If I am in Loblaws and see something in the Joe Fresh section that doesn't have my size I come here b/c not too many people know about this location (so shhhh don't tell anyone) because I can always find the colour/size I want. There is a change room here b/c obviously you can't return the sales stuff.
