The office scheduled the delivery on a Friday afternoon. The bin was dropped off in our driveway and fit perfectly, with plenty of room to get in and out of our garage. The dumpster was clean, secured in place and in excellent condition. The dumpster held a tonne of stuff that we were looking to get rid of from our property including scrap metal, broken concrete, landscape waste and broken decking. The bin itself was rusted out so terribly there were gaping holes in places, and don't even get me started on the smell! As we were loading the things in our neighbours enquired about some of the items so I gave them free rein. Ended up hosting a week long dumpster dive from my driveway, helping out the neighbourhood as well as the planet. When I brought this to the company's attention and asked for a possible price adjustment I received a very curt, rude response. So ended up filling only 1/4 of my bin, being charged almost 500 bucks after all the hidden fees (which all come with their own taxes.) Overall not an experience I wish to ever repeat
