Paid for a one time service - Loved it. They were great and showed up urgently. I spoke to the owner and said My wife is very pregnant - sure, let's do the service. Once I paid for the seasonal service, there was no need to show up. If they did, which was late evening twice this year (although they'll argue they came out because I'm leaving this review), it was after I had already cleared the snow several times over. Will not respond to text/calls/emails (didn't, but say they do). Ultimately I requested a refund and said I'd pay for the times when they did show, however late (yep, no response) and then escalated to a credit card company. Once it became an issue for their pocket book they responded (only via email) - to threaten to take me to Court. What a joke, just do your job. It's your choice to use these guys, and if you do good luck getting serviced, much less a response - lesson learned.

This is our first year using a snow removal service, so in October 2022, we started calling services and narrowed it down to 3 and 2 of the 3 came out to our house to give us bids, 1 was a no show. Shan, from Tahoe LuxUrey Estates Management, gave us an estimate and gave us specifics of how the snow removal would work. We exchanged contact information and a contract was drawn up and emailed to us. It would go from 11/1/2022 to 4/1/2023. All the questions we had were answered to our satisfaction, we signed the contract and used Venmo for payment. The driveway has been cleared 18 times and probably more because we were gone during the whole month of February and there were numerous storms for them to contend with and we had someone coming to our house to check on thing and water plants. often the snow is removed in the wee hours of the morning however they have come during the day also. Our guy is usually Alejandro however we have had Shan and Brandon as well. All are very nice young men that are doing a great job during a winter with 12 Atmospheric Rivers and it is not done yet. They keep our driveway clear, as well as the mailbox area and usually have to deal with the Tahoe Cement Berms. Kudos to Tahoe Luxury Estates Management and Alejandro, Shan and Brandon for starting up this new business for the community!

When my wife once called to complain about snow build-up in front of our garage, Rob Kalbs came out and shoveled snow away from the door to facilitate my wife's entry into the garage in my absence. We've had no damage to any property from the plowers. The service places and removes driveway edge poles mounted on rebar every year. The price has increased about 190% since we started. Our current contract price is roughly $106 per clearing and I'm renewing now (in May 2024) for '24-'25.

I recently asked if they could fix a Boulder that was moved by one of their plows this winter (this is a Boulder they actually installed a year prior). Charlena wrote back and said they wouldn't because it was the weight of the snow that moved it. I said it's not possible for snow to completely tip over a multi ton boulder and she wrote back with this.... "Ok whatever you say. You been plowing snow for 50 years. Have a good day." I had an extremely bad experience with them doing work at my house (they would quote me one price and then try to charge triple after the fact. Or they would do work I didn't ask for and then bully me into paying for it when I never asked for it.). After that experience I told them I didn't want them damaging my property with their plows because I had read of many instances when they did and refused to fix it. She acted appalled that I would even mention it.......here we are a year later.

These guys do a lot of the plowing on Kingsbury grade in the winter time with the big cat tractors…read more They hit my car with one of them and never owned up to it. I wasn't outside when it happened, but its clear that it was one of they're tractors because the top half of the car was dented while the lower was fine suggesting the bucket on the cat swung around and hit it. There were 35-60 pound ice chunks in the back of the car where the window was broken. Nothing was stolen out of the car. Not a thief. But an accident. So who? obviously the only people that come up the street with CAT tractors and do the snow clearing. Ive seen them get within inches of the cars before so I know it had to be one of the drivers probably on a low visibility night that knocked into it with the bucket while turning the CAT. If you end up with broken glass after a winter storm and you live on the grade it was probably these guys. I'll be keeping a security camera pointed towards our driveway this winter. I appreciate the work they do in the winter, but don't appreciate not owning up to they're mistakes. I contacted them and it was flat out denied.... but the facts of the matter tell a different story. $400 down the drain in window replacement. Thanks F & B. Maybe someone else should be contracted to do the snow clearing here?
