THIS IS A WARNING. I went to Banno Auto for an inspection. I was given a quote for the work but I…read morecouldn't afford it. I offered to pay for the inspection but Dave said it was free. I arranged to have my brother do the work. Upon doing it he discovered the work was already complete. My brother called and confirmed that Dave Banno worked on my vehicle for free as a gift. He replaced three of my brakes and did an oil change and washed my vehicle. At first I was so grateful. I started spending time with him and gave him a Christmas gift. He was really nice at first but after five days of spending time with him, one night he slapped and choked me. I also recently noticed that he put a sticker on the back of my car that is very difficult to take off, advertising Banno Auto. He did this without consent also. I wouldn't put it passed him to say that I stopped spending time with him for a different reason other than the fact that he did things to my property without my permission, assaulted me, and has been trying to buy me, manipulate me and guilt me into spending more time with him. I really hate that I have to write this but I believe that if I don't he may do this and maybe worse things to other women.

Took my car there a few times for repairs every time l took it there l would…read morehave to comeback with more repairs. l replaced the expansion tank on my BMW the mechanic broke the air filter box had the check engine light came up. Took it back to Steve he" said it needs an air pump at a cost of almost a thousand dollars. lt seemed too far fetched so l took it to another mechanic, he put it on the scanner a code came up regarding an air fuel mixture, that would explain the the engine running rough. The mechanic found the problem it was a broken air box. it cost $150 to replace which Steve damaged it when removing the air box to get to the expansion tank. To add insult to injury the expansion tank was leaking took it back a few times he said, "theres nothing wrong" he was adamant. l said how can you explain the coolant leak on my driveway". His response was, "give me all your money l will make your vehicle brand new. For the record Steve did not replace the expansion tank as l had to replace it again. BIG TIME SCAM ARTIST!!
