I had two broken windows and after securing 3 bids, went with Window World...and I'm SO glad I did…read more Not only were they the most competitive price-wise, but their customer service is unparalleled. One of their technicians (Andy) came out immediately and after measuring both, provided me with different options. He was so thorough, professional, and not in the business to upsell! Their office personnel are extremely communicative, and let me know at all times the status of the project, amount due, etc. The install tech (Darien) was on-time, professional, respectful, and efficient - I was pleasantly surprised when he said he was done (in a couple hours) vs what was originally expected to be a 4-6 hour project. What a truly amazing experience from beginning to end!

Understand that not everything will be perfect but I probably shouldn't have been the one to have to point thing out like basic window operation not being correct, missing exterior caulking, etc. Some issues were fixed the day of install but most needed several service calls to address. As of today (two months later), I am still waiting for two defective windows to be replaced in the kitchen. The front office phone reps were all great as is the service tech that has come out the last three times. I just wish I didn't need to adjust my schedule to accommodate all of these visits. Since I'm still waiting for the original job to be completed, I can't in good conscience leave a review better than two stars. 4/14/26: Windows were completed today. Thank you to Kevin and Aaron for taking my concerns seriously and getting everything done.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Kirill and his team replaced a dozen windows…read moreand 2 sliding doors for our home, including a breathtaking 15-foot slider for the living room that made our dream a reality and completely transformed our waterview home (see photos). It's now been 10 months since completion and we've experienced zero issues whatsoever, which is testament to the quality of the work. From the start, Kirill was responsive and responsible. His bid was competitive, and he was extremely detail-oriented. Since we wanted to order our own windows from Dunn Lumber, we had multiple conversations to ensure the measurements were exactly right. His thoroughness paid off -- all the windows arrived exactly as planned, avoiding delays or returns. During the installation process itself, Kirill and his crew (Ivan and Ivan) were always on time, courteous, efficient, and professional. They may be the ONLY contractors we've ever worked with who finished within the timeline that they laid out. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Kirill and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to replace windows or doors. It would be nice if they also offered finishing services, like drywall touch-up and painting, but the quality of the work that they do specialize in is absolutely impeccable. Don't think twice about hiring Cascade!

Ivan and his team arrived on time and completed the install, replacing the exterior window and the interior door trim to match what was installed (but with better quality). Ivan was even able to address our misaligned original window trim. Now our drafty house feels sealed and quiet, with a noticable decrease in the time the heater is running. Kirill was responsive to any questions and worked with us to resolve a misunderstanding of weekend scheduled work. Ivan, Roman, and Teras were all attentive to our interior and made a point to clean up afterwards.

This was by far the lowest quote we got but it was that and the professionalism that made us choose them. The crew was great - fast, efficient and very, very skilled with Hardie board siding. We had several other projects done at the same time and each contractor commented on how well the Hardie was being installed. They kept us informed and communicated well when there were questions or decisions to be made. The entire project was done in six working days, clean up with thorough and we are 100% satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Energy Exteriors NW and when we need to have our windows replaced, we will definitely be contacting them for the work.

My husband and I hired Energy Exteriors NW for a Milgard sliding door installation, and months…read morelater we're still dealing with the fallout, both from the door itself and from how the company has handled it. The install, twice: The first crew (7/30) installed the door with the frame out of square and the handle missing a part entirely, so it couldn't latch, rattled constantly, and had an inconsistent gap against the frame. They also cut out the old door and frame without putting down any protective sheeting, so concrete board dust (a fiber-cement material containing silica, an OSHA-regulated health hazard) covered the interior of our home, especially our kitchen. When the Project Manager inspected the door the next day, he confirmed the frame was installed incorrectly and promised to reinstall it properly. The second crew came back to redo the frame and reinstall the door (8/03), and while removing and replacing the trim and frame, they damaged our exterior siding. Erin offered to send her own crew to fix it, but after what happened during that reinstall (below), we didn't want any more of her installers in our home, so we're handling that repair ourselves. The incident: During a follow-up visit (8/04) to address ongoing problems, I pointed out that the door still wasn't right. One of the installers snapped at me in our kitchen: he shook the door hard, smirked, and yelled "YOU DON'T LIKE THIS?!" at me repeatedly, then suggested he could just remove the security lock if the rattle bothered us. My husband told both installers to leave. Ownership's response: We called immediately. Owner Erin didn't call back until later that day and showed no real concern. She followed up with a lengthy, polished email questioning our account of the incident, since our home security camera only captured the outside of the house, as if that meant what happened inside couldn't be trusted. It's a telling response from someone whose installer had just screamed at a customer. Where things stand now: Milgard has since come out to inspect the door as a warranty matter, and confirmed that the rattle and stiff latch are common on a large, custom 7.5-foot slider like ours (something we were never told when we ordered it), and that there's nothing more to be done about either one. The scratch on the interior glass, which appeared during the first install, will finally be repaired next week, months after the original install. One more thing worth knowing: their contract includes a non-disparagement clause instructing customers not to post negative comments online. That kind of clause is illegal and unenforceable under the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016. Its presence alone tells you how this company intends to handle complaints. (Not a lawyer, but this is well-established consumer protection law.) If you look through Erin's responses to other critical reviews here, you'll see a pattern: she replies to nearly every negative review personally, and instead of taking accountability, she consistently questions or minimizes the customer's experience. That's exactly what she did with us. We wanted a door that worked like a brand-new door should, an intact house, and honest communication. What we got was a door we still have to fight with every time we use it, a house we're repairing ourselves, and a company that was never straight with us. Do your research before hiring this company, and think twice before signing a contract with a non-disparagement clause in it. You can save yourself a lot of time, headaches, and potential damage by hiring a company with careful and professional installation crews, and managers who aren't (seemingly) motivated by a compulsion to always be right, even when they are demonstrably in the wrong and making mistakes left and right.
