IMPRESSIVE is an understatement! We just had our amazing wedding in October and I could not be more happy with how perfect the day turned out to be! Brian helped us initially and he flawlessly planned our whole wedding according to our timeline. What was unique about Distinguished Events is they provided us with a document to add in songs we wanted. For example, what song we wanted to have our wedding party walk down the aisle to, what their exit song was and etc. My husband and I had a few last minute changes, and only a few minutes BEFORE our grand entrance or a few minutes BEFORE our first dances (with our mom and dad). Brian was able to execute each part of our wedding perfectly! I'll give you an example. My husband and I didn't actually know when we would finish our first dance on the day of our wedding.. so Brian told us he will figure out when the perfect time is to fade out the song. I don't know about you guys, but this is super stressful (for him)!! But he executed it perfectly! I anticipated feeling stressed throughout the day because that's what the role of a bride entails. I am happy to say that Brian helped so much that I did not feel stressed at all throughout the day! Brian and Neeko kept everyone on the dance floor! We booked Ryan for one of our school events through this company. Not only was the process so smooth, but we had a lot of control when it came to music, set up, and the overall vibe of the event. My (now) husband and I were referred to this DJ & MC Duo by my cousin- and we couldn't be more grateful!!! From the very beginning, Mike and Brian have been hands on in understanding our vision for our wedding. Music was 1 out of 2 top priorities we had for our wedding. We were searching for a 2000's R&B/Hip Hop vibe, we were searching for someone who specialized in this genre so we didn't have to work so hard to supplement with playlists of songs etc. In other words, we were looking for someone to lessen the workload on our already overflowing plates. Mike and Brian not only SURPASSED our expectations for the music for the guest arrivals, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, but Brian also helped with the flow and order of the wedding by manning the mic as MC. Our guests did not leave the dance floor!!! We saw energy and dance moves from our people that we've never seen before LOL. Ryan aka DJ 'Way 2 Pac' was the DJ at our wedding, and we couldn't be any happier with our decision to go with him! He has a wide range of music knowledge, so whether you need something clean for the parents or turnt up for the friends, Ryan's got you covered! Every single person we had talked to after our wedding can't stop raving about how good our DJ was, he really made our night fun! Outside of the night of the wedding, months leading up to the wedding, we connected with Ryan and the team to go over the timeline of the day, along with specific music genres that will be played in various parts of the night. Music was a very important part of our day, and Ryan made sure to reinsure us that he and the team will take care of all our worries. Ryan even connected with me the night before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page for various song selections. He showed up early and connected with the coordinator, the officiant, and everyone else he was partnering with that day to make sure he was doing everything he could to make the day perfect! He did a great job sticking to the list of songs we had given him, and also, had excellent song choices when he needed to freestyle. There was even one part of the night where he played a song that didn't the crowd wasn't vibing with too much (it was a great song, but the crowd wasn't feeling it in that moment), so instead of just playing the song all the way through, the DJ caught the vibe and instantly threw on a banger that had the whole dance floor bouncing! We had the pleasure to hire Ryan (djway2pacc) from the beginning when reaching out to him he responded quickly , scheduled a quick chat time to get an idea of my vision. To create a music list to exactly what I wanted. He was also very detailed from speakers to lights and the color of the set up. I hired DJ Way 2 Pac for my college graduation party. From the start, he was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. He told me about his background and experience as a DJ. He listed out which equipment he would provide and how much space he would need for them. He arrived at the venue on time and got to work right away. He was also very flexible with the type of music as I wanted to include songs from a different language in addition to my American songs. He did a great job figuring out his crowd based on the feedback he received from them and continued to mix in songs that everyone loved to listen and dance to.
