Unfortunately, even though we were the only people dining in the restaurant, it took almost 30 minutes for our food to arrive. By that point, we were very hungry! We ordered two salads and a sandwich, so the wait felt especially long. The salads were just okay and on the smaller side for the price. My salad was $14, and my husband had the Cobb salad with grilled chicken for $20. My son ordered the club sandwich, which was really good, and the fries were excellent--although the portion was quite small. Overall, Rosewild has a beautiful atmosphere and friendly service, but the long wait and small portions made it a 3.5/5 experience for us. There were definitely some highlights, especially the club sandwich and fries, but we expected a little more for the price. Great location right downtown with street parking available.

If you are from the Cities, they are owned by the same people as the Hewing, so expect a similar level of service. I liked my old fashioned a lot, it was well made. They have a great bourbon selection, including a lot of Old Forester (which is, of course, the best bourbon). The staff was friendly and I had a nice chat. My one suggestion to the restaurant would be to mark DF (dairy free) on the menu, a lot of us can't have dairy!

Located in the downtown district, this is a hopping area with many surrounding bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping spaces. Jasper Hotel is pet friendly which is a huge win!!! If you're seeking out pet friendly hotels, check this one out. It's certainly upscale, clean and lovely. The main level lobby has a pool table, comfy couch seating, chess board, books, plants, complimentary water station, clean bathrooms, Rosewild, bar, coffee stop, small snack area and gifts such as branded coffee mugs and umbrellas. Each time I have entered Jasper Hotel, the staff has been complimentary and kind. Had I not had an Air b n b, I would certainly consider Jasper Hotel considering I have two dogs. Bravo on accommodating dogs, Jasper. After all, they are part of the family too.

I loved the room, I had a King side bed and it was sooo comfortable! The bathroom was spacious and there was a cute little coffee bar, fridge, closet and work desk. Everything was out together really well and I loved how bright and airy the room was. I also really liked their fitness and sauna rooms. Like wow!! Most hotels don't invest in these things while Jasper Hotel did the opposite -- they invested heavy here and also chose top quality products. I wish I had that fitness room and sauna room at my house lol. The front desk staff were also really very kind and nice. I liked there was a bar/restaurant on the main floor right by check in too. And they had a pool table on the main floor too!! So much to do, the space was utilized perfectly. Fair pricing and so clean and airy. I'll be back when I'm in Fargo again.

It's iconic. Located in the heart of downtown, don't skip on this experience. Offering both bar and table seating, the service is quick and the menu is darling. I would only come here for breakfast because it's served all day and I'm a brunch fanatic. Contrary, a lunch menu is offered and they are supposedly known for their salad bar and soup to which I saw a few tables ordering. I opted in for the breakfast sandwhich which was the right size for me. Many spots these days give way too much food and this was just enough. It even came with two hash brown triangles like the ones from middle school bringing back all the nostalgia. Zero crumbs were left. I will definitely return as I want to try some of the pancake and French toast options. Thank you, Marge's Diner, for being so accommodating and not trying to be anything fancy. I admire the theme, setup, service, decor and prices. Bravo!!!

The service was a bit underwhelming, but it seemed like they were operating with a limited staff, so that may have played a role. Overall, it's a charming diner with a classic atmosphere that's worth experiencing if you're looking for a taste of nostalgia.
