The service & decor was great, but the 2 breakfast entrees that were ordered couldn't have been more different. I had the biscuits & gravy. I read a review that said the gravy is spicy, and it is, but... It's not a hot spicy but from the seasonings they use. It was just ok in my book. It's really hard to beat my grandmas. The biscuit was dry and my OM eggs were hard. Our server did remove the charge for my eggs. The pancake is HUGE! It was also light & fluffy, as were the scrambled eggs. Both were delicious. Based on this review I would certainly return.

Actually thought the place was pretty good and very crowded with pretty large size groups for such a small place. Their coffee service is odd, self service on a separate cabinet but I had a hard time finding a cup (mug) that was actually fully clean including coffee staining. Just a quick dip in chlorinated water would do the trick. Also, didn't like at all the fact that my sour cream add to the breakfast burrito was a sealed plastic squeeze pouch that was also covered in the cheese sauce the spread over the burrito making it very messy to use/open.

I wanted a place with something "different" on the menu and I got it! While I didn't get adventurous with my order, I appreciated all the unique offerings. I'm not a big eater, so I was limited, but this would be a fun place to come with a group to share food with one another. I sat at the bar and the staff was friendly and attentive. It wasn't awkward being alone at all. The decor is eclectic and fun. Cool diner vibe with a twist. I'll be back FOR SURE!

Food was fantastic!! The workers there were super nice and friendly! There have a self-serve coffee station with plenty of creamers, syrups, and more for your coffee needs. Great little spot for brunch! Ambience was awesome too!

I went during lunch time on a Friday, maybe 4 other groups in there dinning in. So it wasn't busy at all which i love! First thing i noticed was the coziness and warmth of the place. Maybe 4 seconds after i walked in i was greeted by a sweet girl. It was decorated with Christmas decorations. I was told this place gives off cute and cozy grandma's house for Christmas so you know i had to go check it out. I saw only 2 employees, 1 bartender and 1 waitress but no one ever had to wait for anything. They were always moving and making sure their tables were good which i can appreciate. Once my food was ready another employee brought it to me from the kitchen, and she was so sweet as well. She explained to me how they have an unlimited salad bar when you order a salad from the menu. The music was this 80s to 90s disco playlist with a mix of Christmas music in there. I LOVED it!!! Great vibe. When my order came i was shocked at how big the pancake really was. Even though I've seen pictures of it, i still didn't think it would be that big! It tasted pretty awesome, my eggs were sunny side up, the sausage was cooked perfectly, the maple syrup tasted homemade, and the pancake..... well i demolished it!! I will definitely come back and tell others to try this place!

The best part about this place is the ambience. It's decorated like the movie Fargo and there are so many fun things to look at while you are. Our food took 45-50 minutes to arrive - which seemed a little long for brunch - but maybe there just backed up that day.

This is your grandmas retro, throwback kitchen! The decor was 70s like with all the knick knacks & design. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly! She checked back often enough and filled water when she noticed we were low. The food was so hearty and huge portions! The country fried steak was a little salty for me, but overall was very flavorful. I will go back again on my next Fargo adventure!

The Drawing Room does the modern-elegant-with-a-speakeasy-wink thing just right--subtle entrance, clean lines, good energy without trying too hard. Cocktails are the main event and they deliver. Balanced, thoughtful, no weak links on the list. You can tell the bartenders actually care about what's in the glass. Only note: dial the lights down another notch or two. It's already intimate, but a little more low-lit mood would push that speakeasy feeling over the top. Otherwise? Easy yes. Chill spot, strong drinks, zero pretension.

There were signs on the entrance and on the directory to tell you which floor things were on, but that was it. You go to the basement and it was kind of fun to find the door to go in (it's not that hard, you can hear people). The place is so fun. It's decorated very dark, moody mid century. We sat ourselves at the bar as most other tables were full. The bartender who took care of us for the night was named Mason and he was excellent! So friendly, welcoming and eager to talk wine with us. The menu had a ton of specialty cocktails but their wine selection was too good not to try. We nerded out for a bit and he got us generous pours of what we ordered. We only got drinks but I'd return for the bites when in town next. Great spot!

Unfortunately, even though we were the only people dining in the restaurant, it took almost 30 minutes for our food to arrive. By that point, we were very hungry! We ordered two salads and a sandwich, so the wait felt especially long. The salads were just okay and on the smaller side for the price. My salad was $14, and my husband had the Cobb salad with grilled chicken for $20. My son ordered the club sandwich, which was really good, and the fries were excellent--although the portion was quite small. Overall, Rosewild has a beautiful atmosphere and friendly service, but the long wait and small portions made it a 3.5/5 experience for us. There were definitely some highlights, especially the club sandwich and fries, but we expected a little more for the price. Great location right downtown with street parking available.

If you are from the Cities, they are owned by the same people as the Hewing, so expect a similar level of service. I liked my old fashioned a lot, it was well made. They have a great bourbon selection, including a lot of Old Forester (which is, of course, the best bourbon). The staff was friendly and I had a nice chat. My one suggestion to the restaurant would be to mark DF (dairy free) on the menu, a lot of us can't have dairy!
