I got Nick and the guys out to help me with everything that needed doing: - Grade ground away from the house in the backyard. - Break up a big concrete pad between the house and back garage. - Install a French drain between my neighbour and I. - Lift the sidewalk on 1 side, as it was sloping in toward the house. - Install window wells in the backyard. Big job, but they worked very efficiently, fit me in more quickly than I thought they might (before winter, when I only moved in beginning of Sept!), and were super professional and friendly.
