Despite signing up for the season and paying for the month in advance, no one came to clear the snow. After following up, only one of the properties was serviced, leaving the other untouched. When more snow fell, no one showed up again, we followed up and despite reassurances someone will come, no one did. This resulted in my elderly parents property and my property being snowed in. I requested a refund for the services that were not performed, and I was assured I would receive it. However, after multiple texts, unanswered calls, and an email with no response, I have yet to receive my refund or even an update. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It's very sad and unfortunate that after being a customer for several years you have decided to end the relationship in this manner.

When they came they didn't do a very good job, not getting down to the concrete driveway and not removing the ruts created because they cleared days after the snowfall. they also didn't clear to the sides of the driveway. Toward the end of March Winnipeg had another snowfall and Mdsservices didn't come to remove the snowfall. I messaged Marco several times and got no answer. I paid for snow removal from November 15 to March 31! We had to pay someone else to shovel the snow!!! We are seniors and can no longer do it ourselves. I would like to be reimbursed for the money I paid. I will not renew my service next year and will NOT RECOMMEND Mdsservices to any of my friends or neighbours.
