I had a great experience at Ditto. The store was very clean and neat. The visual displays had very cute outfits put together. I went to Ditto to sell clothing; I did not look at the clothing being sold, so I can't say anything about that. I was greeted right away even though the associate was with another customer. I had to wait a few minutes for her to finish up with another seller, but it was worth it. She got right to my things, explained what they look for and why they have to be very selective. The items I brought in were brand name (mostly Banana Republic and Gap), in very good condition, and purchaced within the last couple years. She had to turn several things away because they were 3 or more years old or from Target and Old Navy, but she took probably 80% of my items and I was pleasently suprised at how much cash I got for everything. She said they try to pay sellers 25% of what they think they can sell an item for--which ended up being $70 for around 40 items---and again, these items were like-new, brand name, in season womens' clothes and maternity. Be prepared for them to turn things away; don't take it personally, it's a business-they have to be picky. read more

Love this resale boutique! Very unique and clean. Much more organized than the average Platos closet. If you're looking to save some money on cute clothes this is the place to go. They are always getting in new items so it's something different every time you're in. I was really impressed by the way the staff was willing to help me find what I was looking for when I came in. Instead of getting the typical "oh the dresses are over there..." the staff worker was more than willing to walk me over and show me where things were. Since they are resale they have a pretty tight exchange policy. It's for clothes only, and you have to bring back the items within the next 3 days. I wasn't aware of the policy, and I wanted to bring back a pair of jeans i had bought for my daughter to exchange them for a different size. I was a few days over the 3 day policy, and the store manager was really kind to help me out, and made an exception to exchange the jeans. Those are the kind of things keep small businesses open. I took my 15 year old Grandson in here to sell some of his clothing and to look for some to purchase. I was shocked by the high prices and the way the young girls treated people who were shopping there. I am wondering, do they realize that without the customers-they would not have a job?? Even my Grandson wanted to join Yelp because he was so stunned by the way they acted. They were so very rude to him. From the moment we walked into the store they were all the way in the very back of the store and did not address us...when we went to ask them a question, they acted like we were interrupting an important conversation! The purses are way over priced and I would rather go into TJ Maxx then buy something used at the same prices. You might try being polite to people then they won't be as offended by your crazy prices! read more

Terrible. Rude customer service. Don't bother taking your merchandise here to sell unless you're the type to still own any form of sweatpant with Juicy scrawled across the rear. Had much better luck with selling my clothing that fit this demographic at Plato's Closet after leaving this Ditto location. Noticed quite a few very worn Target brands while waiting the 20-30 min for my clothing to be reviewed; however, they turned down H&M, Forever 21, Vera Wang new (last season) with tags items. Not the best brands, but ones the store appears to carry. Whatever. Part of the reason why it took so long was the brats reviewing my items took a few min to play dress-up with the sunglasses I brought in to consign. If you're into buying beat up overpriced Coach purses this may be your spot? Otherwise, STAY AWAY. read more

i would ABSOLUTLY die if i didnt have this store in my life :) everytime i go in the workers are ALWAYS nice and have a smile on their face which makes the whole atmosphere great and makes me VERY EXCITED to shop and see what new items people have brought in. whats great is that ditto has a stamp card. after so many stamps u get 20 dollars off!!!! HOW GREAT IS THAT! :)...i started to sell my clothes to make money and i realized that they have really nice clothes..purses..shoes...everything fashionable and started buying. i sware i go in at least 3 times a week because there is ALWAYS something new everyday and i cant miss out!!! ditto is FAN TAB U LOUS! read more

I go to this store as often as my budget allows. There is a huge variety of clothing styles and sizes. They have a great selection of shoes, purses, and accessories. And I usually find a bunch of shoes my size! The prices are amazing for the high boutique-like quality. AND the employees are super helpful. They always come around to see if I need help, to start a changing room for me, or to give ideas for outfits/accessories/etc. Such a great place and I recommend it to soooo many of my friends and family. Oh, and the music is usually fun, and they have good sales...and a punch card too. read more

Ditto is a great place to go for resale!! Every time I clean out of closet, ditto is my first choice. They offer good prices for your clothes, the atmosphere is nice, the employees care, and it's a good place to shop with gently used clothing that look new. I recommend ditto for anyone who needs money with clothes they no longer need or if you want good clothes and accessories for better prices. read more

My husband and I were out and came across this store, It was my first time and I was so impressed!! The young girls working there are so hip and eager to help me between choices. I could feel them being honest and helpful and not just trying to make a sale. I loved the music and such great atmosphere! Such great sales I couldn't walk away empty handed, I will be back for sure. read more
