She told me in an incredibly crass fashion that I had contaminated a set of brushes by simply opening the set to see what the brushes (which still had their covers on, mind you) looked like. She had watched me the whole time, waited until I had looked at the brushes and wrapped them back in their case, and then criticized me. I was embarrassed and wanted to leave. That being said, because of her rude behavior I called for a manager (which I've never had to do before) the manager, however, was incredibly apologetic, energetic and excellent at her management duties. If not for her, I would not return to this sephora, but she (the manager) had an outstanding attitude and I salute her for being gracious in this situation.

I would honestly say it was the worst root touch up iv ever had I have dark brown roots and blonde hair and she took almost 3hrs just for my hair to have patchy orange spots around my hair I didn't wanna be rude and say something but iv felt so uncomfortable having that hair like that waisted 130 something plus a 15-20 for curling ?! No blow dry or nothing just after we were done washing and drying with a towel and leaving my hair feeling weird and all over the place and tangled I had no other option but to pay extra for curling cause it would've looked crazy and she even said I should book again for her to fix it and look "better" but no that's a waist of my money down the drain ! don't ever get a root touch up by Sydne p.!

The parking lot is tricky to get in and out of so I would suggest you park in the lot by target or behind over by TJ Maxx. There are very few spaces in front of the store itself and there are cars constantly passing in and out of the area. Definitely a nightmare for people with disabilities that cannot find a spot in front of the store.

A female entered the store after us, and the owner totally disregarded us and took the girl with her. When we were looking for dressed she was telling the other girl I'm the owner and i can negotiate the price. But did not speak to me or my mother or even acknowledge my sister. After trying on 6 dresses my sister insisted that we try another store because she felt uncomfortable because the owner made her feel out of place. Even after trying on all those dresses not once did she come over to us. I am upset and hurt my family and I have been purchasing dresses from this company for years and we truly feel discriminated against. My sister is 16 and was truly hurt by this situation. Thank goodness for Maura, who was so kind and welcoming that we wouldn't have remained as long without her. I hope the owner changes her ways because she was truly disgusting.
