I had the best experience both times and I look forward to the many more wonderful experiences I will have there since I purchased by dress there two days ago. I went to Diva's back in April, I am a local and am getting married in July 2017 and I chose Diva's for convenience. I had been dress shopping one other time and it was horrible, but a good starting place I suppose. When I decided to go again in April 2016 was when I had my sister in town, and with Diva's being right down the road, I figured "why not?" I was hesitant to go and just look knowing that I wouldn't walk out with a dress that day, I thought they would pressure me into something. I spent 2 hours there the first time with Mariya and my sister (and one of my niece's) and found 4 amazingly beautiful dresses. I told Mariya that I wasn't ready to walk out with a dress that day and she respected that and said "I'll save the 4 dresses that you loved on your file if you ever want to come back." There's a deal they have if you buy your dress the day of your first appointment (and it is a great deal) but there was no pressure to commit. Throughout the process Mariya offered amazing advice, and pulled beautiful gowns, all in my price range. I showed her pictures on Pinterest and to my surprise and delight, they had some of the exact ones I pinned! Fast forward to July 2016, my family was all in town and my mom needed to see the dresses that I fell in love with so we went this past Saturday - my mom, sister and both nieces this time (9 yrs and 2.5 yrs). I tried on all 4 dresses again, narrowed down to 2, and showed Mariya a few more I had found. She pulled additional dresses for me, all the while catering to my sister, mom and entertaining my 2 nieces. The entire staff was so gracious at the circus we created at 10am in the morning in a beautiful, almost too pretty to touch store. The last dress, Mariya told me was out of my budget range but she pulled it because it wasn't too far off and it matched one I had pinned. My eyes lit up when I saw it, then they watered as soon as I put it on. It was the last dress of the day that I tried on, not one of the originals, and the first one that I cried in - so I knew it was the one. Mariya did it! She picked the perfect dress, she was so patient with me, offered her amazing advice and then a tissue when she found the perfect one (even offering an apology for pulling one out of my range which she said she would never do but she couldn't resist how perfect this one was for me). And she was so right. I can't say enough nice things about Mariya and the staff at Diva's. They were all so helpful, amazing, and supportive. For all the negative reviews, I am sorry they had a bad experience because now having gone twice, I'm looking forward to going back when my dress comes in and then the subsequent fittings! Thank you so much Mariya and the entire Diva's staff! I couldn't be more thrilled to have found the perfect dress and cannot wait until next July when I get to put it on!

Not only did they have the best selection of dresses outside of the internet, the women working there were amazing. The boutique is beautiful and the customer service was amazing. We were welcomed and helped with kindness. The only reason I didn't buy my dress today, was that I hadn't planned on finding the perfect dress today. They were understanding and gracious. While we were getting half(2) of our group of measured and fitted - a prom group(6-8) walked in and all the attention was directed to that particular group , leaving us waiting . We arrived first and there prom group all left before us. We spent two total hours in this store.needless to say we were very disappointed . Fast Forward to pick up time . One of the suits arrived measured wrong ,the coat jacket and pants were too long and the suit jacket alone needed extra alterations due to statue . Ronnie recommended a tailor in which we used to get the look we were looking for. Unfortunately that tailor wasn't successful. We felt defeated because after speaking with Ronnie about issue of the suit he couldn't exchange it due to alterations being done to the suit . We accidentally found a nice gentleman who did alterations while looking for a new suit at a different business. He immediately understood the issues we expressed in the suit and immediately began pinning . Needless to say he was the real deal and we will use his services and suits from this point on. Not to mention a person from our party paid for his suit completely including alterations for his paints just to pick them up and be told that he hadn't paid for the pants . Baffled because we couldn't figure out how he would have all other pieces to his suit except paints ... So unorganized. I'm giving a two star because a salesman by the name of AJ worked so hard to get things right but to could only do so much because he did no do alterations. It's imperative to treat every customer like your- "first customer of business ". Don't drop the ball because you think someone might not buy something.

Legit looked like Helen Keller altered the dress! Paid him $175 for work that isn't worthy of Monopoly money!
