A friend & I went for a full set & a fill and that experience was great. He shaped our nails the way we wanted & they looked great. Granted, it was busy but we got a basic pedicure done in 5 minutes. The guy doing my friends nails did one foot full out but skipped the other. The guy doing my toes skipped cutting my toe nails, the cuticles & the dead skin. Nothing was done to my feet besides a little massage & color. My friend got no lotion or massage. But decided to pull her leg to the pop her hip & was uncomfortable the whole time. Worst & most aggressive experience of my life. Please never subject yourself to go there. Absolute worst service I've ever gotten. If I could give no stars I would. read more

Do not go here. I went a little over a week ago and I am not happy at all with my nails. The color I picked out did not look like the display which tells me they water their colors down to make them last longer. My nails are also very thick and the shape is not straight. Staff was a little abrasive and my nail tech was so soft spoken I couldn't hear anything she was saying. I had a pedicure with toe designs and a gel manicure for $70. My toes look great other than the designs on my big toes. I asked for a white and gold glitter design over my pink polish and she used an orange-y shade of gold polish sans glitter so it's not my favorite. My gel nails look great. She did cut me a teeny bit while cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails though. The place itself was really nice, spacious, and clean. This location was pretty average for me. read more

I've kept giving this place second chances, but it's the last straw! Employees are extremely short and rude with you. They do an excellent job at shaping and coloring acrylics, but they don't last. I've been getting acrylic nails for 8+ years and I've NEVER had them break without notice (or pain) or simply pop off after not even two weeks of having them on. And if you go in to ask to get them fixed, expect a scolding and a lesson on how it's not their fault. WAY too over priced for the cheap product. Will never go there again. read more

Worse experience I've ever had at a salon. Made reservation for 6 people to get pedis manis and eyebrows done for my sisters wedding. 4 of us showed up and they only had 4 employees working. Instead of taking care of us 4 one took 2 walkins. To do nails. I believe if it's not possible to do then tell them befor they get there. To many salons out there for anyone to be treated as there time doesn't matter. One of us didn't even get done and we were there 2 hrs. I will never go back read more

Worst salon I have ever been too. Rushed me in and out. I'm a single mom and live pay check to paycheck. I decided to treat myself for my Birthday and get a pedi for my tired and sore feet. The lady Mrs. KIM (as her white coat said) rushed me, sat me down, clipped my nails, took less than a min to massage, and smooth my feet and before I knew it she was painting my toes. I'm sorry but I work hard for $30 nd I didn't feel like the service was even worth $5 let alone $30+ tip . I am just so happy I didn't pay the extra $15 or the " special" pedi. I recently visited Diva Nails at the recommendation of a friend. I can't imagine what she was thinking!!! My first impression was that it was very cluttered looking and noisy. Not at all the relaxing setting I was expecting. I wish I'd followed my first impression and turned around and left. Instead, I gave them a chance. I wanted a pedicure. There was a line of chairs, and only one in use. I was ushered to the chair right by the other client. I had a hard time getting myself, purse & shoes into the space. I walked around both sides of the chair trying to approach the chair and get seated but it wasn't easy. While I was getting my pedicure I heard a screaming child. There were a few other clients, and none of then had children. Then a little girl ran out from a back room with an ear of corn in hand. She continued to scream and run around. She was apparently the daughter of one of the technicians. While I was sitting under the dryer at the front, she ran up to me with the ear of corn and put her arm on my leg! Very inappropriate, I'd say! An Asian gentleman, I'm guessing is the owner, was putting his arm around women, encouraging them to "come back again." Not me! read more

It was my first experience here and I will not be going back. I wanted to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady that did my toes clipped my cuticles so much that I was in pain. My feet still are hurting a few days after the pedicure. The massage was about 1 minute. Some of my fingernails are jagged. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

If I could give this nail salon zero stars i would! I truly believe in giving second chances, however this is the 5th time they have messed up. The first time my total was $25 and they charged my card $50. The second time My total was $40, i looked at my statement and i was charged $40, 3 TIMES!!! The 3rd time I received a regular pedicure, not a deluxe pedicure and they charged my card $50, when it was supposed to be $35. The 4th time i thought, okay if i pay with cash i will be fine. I got a gel manicure as i do twice a month. The girl was rushing the entire time. I told her that the gel wasn't thick enough because you could see my actual nail underneath the polish and she said it was "fine" i asked her to put another coat on and she said it would ruin it. So I took her advice. I got this done on a Thursday, On Saturday EVERY nail was chipped, some of my nails had broken, because it wasn't thick enough. So, I went back Monday during my lunch break and told them i wanted them to fix it and the lady who did was RUDE, she was rushing, she painted my nails worse than by 5 year old cousin would. I asked her to take the polish off of my skin, and she said it was my fault because I wouldn't get a manicure, WHY on earth would i spend more money with you? She actually made one of my fingers bleed she was being so rough. THEN to top it off, she charged me full price to fix what they did wrong. I had to go to a different nail salon after work that day and they fixed it FREE of charge. read more
