If you are a female customer that does in and requests a female tech, the short man up front will speak about you in Vietnamese and say that you are embarrassed to have a male tech touch you. No Sir, please do not think so highly of yourself, I pick female techs because they do a better job. The tech I got here ended up being very inexperienced and needed the manager walking her through my pedicure and he ended up having to finish the paint job. read more

I tried to like this place. I've been three times. First time the pedicure was mediocre, no lotion or cuticle oil was used. Tech seemed in a hurry to be done as they were closing. Gel manicure was great. Second time the pedicure was much better but the gel manicure chipped on multiple nails within a week. Third time pedicure was OK but made me bleed twice. I am sitting in the reception area now waiting for one of my fingernails to be repaired as the gel peeled off within a few days. They told me the wait would be 10 minutes and I am now at 25 minutes with no follow up from anyone. Note on the third visit I also asked why I was not given 25% off as they are still advertising this discount on the sign on the street, on their website and on the yelp page. They told me I could talk to a manager if I had a problem with it. I cannot recommend this business. read more

Took my boyfriend with me to go get a pedicure, the gentleman at the front desk and one of the female service providers worked very efficiently and had great customer service during the pedicure, except for when it was time for me to get my manicure done. I requested a full set from Lam. Instead he decided to only do a backfill on me even though I had colored acrylic underneath from a different salon. The entire time he did my nails he was watching a YouTube video of someone playing Grandtheft auto. I had to ask him three separate times to make the nail thinner because it looked like I had 8 extra layers of acrylic on top. Afterwards I realized he didn't compare each finger to the other for length and sizing like I've experienced in other salons. When he was bending my hand in a way that it hurt me, I complained and he said I needed to sit more still. Then it came time to wash my hands before polish, I got up to go to the sink and turned around to look at my boyfriend just as Lam picked up my purse and keys proceeding to shove them into my boyfriends chest telling him we needed to move for the next customer. Alternatively I think I picked too light of a base color in comparison to my skin tone, but the design just didn't turn out how I wanted it to really. I appreciate the female artist for doing the design even though she seemed nervous about it. But the cuticles are very sloppy and the nails just don't look sharp. She put six coats of the beige on top of my acrylic before doing they all other colors, seems like kind of an overkill. When I brought this up she said that she needed to focus on the design and I need to let her work. read more

Made an appointment for 3 pedicures, and when we showed up, was not greeted by anyone. The salon was empty except for one worker and one child. The man that did my pedicure was very rough with me and made me bleed from using the callus scrubber on soft skin. He then blamed me because I am ticklish. The vibe in the salon was off, we all felt uncomfortable the entire time. The man that was working with me kept making calls while doing my pedicure, it was unprofessional. If I could give zero star I would. I regret coming here. When I entered the place, there was a really strong gross smell that i could smell through my mask. When we get to the front desk, the man took us to our salon chairs. First we asked them for the Luxury set, and they only used one scrub for our legs. So our lady was literally going back and forth do to our legs. We regret coming here and if you want to come here, I say choose a different salon. There are so many reasons not to come here. And for the owner, get more staff. Don't make appointments for customers when you guys don't have "luxury service " I literally paid $92.00 for the hot tea they have. Now my SECOND bad experience with this salon. The last time the tech was apologetic and fixed my nails. I went in today and had a pedi/powder mani. The tech who did my toes (Marlene) was amazing. The tech who did my nails tried tearing off my old powder damaging my natural nails. I expressed my concern and she eventually soaked them. I told her the shape I wanted and she continued to ignore/disregard what I wanted. She kept shaping my nails incorrectly after I told her 10X and even showed her. I ended up spending 20 Minutes minimum shaping my own nails with 6 layers of powder on them. She left my nails in worse shape then when I came in CHUNKY and uneven. I was given no lotion or cuticle oil. I expressed my concerns at check out and she just looked at me. Another nail tech said every tech is different and I should request one I like even though it was my first time with this particular tech. I explained I was not trying to be rude but these women could not care less. I paid full price $45. A great tech is worth way more but not this work/service. They barely gave me the time of day and I left in tears. As someone who works in the service industry I am appalled at the lack of respect these women had. read more

The salon is large and bright and the staff is friendly. We had three simultaneous pedicure appointments booked for 4:30 pm and when we arrived (on time) we were greeted promptly however we're not told approximately how long we would have to wait-- the fact we had to wait 40 minutes is the reason for the two star rating. Our appointments ended up starting at different times based on when one of the 4 nail technicians became available and now as the last of our group of 3 is still finishing with I am guessing another 14 minutes to go, we will have been here over 2 1/4 hours by the time we leave. Yes we were told sorry about the wait but that does not make me want to come back another time. Disappointed with the overall experience. I do lacquer polish since it is kinder to my nails and it is clear the polish is unevenly applied with a ragged cuticle edge. I would look elsewhere another time. read more

Ms. Snow did an amazing job on my manicure, gel lasted a long time, was very nice, took her time, was gentle. However, Phouthasone wasn't very professional. She did my pedicure and it was good, very minor imperfections, did bleed and she used nail glue to stop it. She kept talking about her personal life, her boyfriend, her love life, who she lives with, the party's she goes to. I didn't want to be mean so I smiled and nodded along. But I was really uncomfortable with some of the personal details she was sharing. I'm all for small talk but I learned too much about her. She did initiate talking about a tip in the middle of doing my toes and was insistent on me tipping cash or Venmo and then start saying she need the money and talking about her finances. Which of course I am going to tip, I did forget cash that day so I was fine using Venmo, but still made me feel uncomfortable. I would go back but honestly I'm afraid to run into her again.
