But, unfortunately, what sticks with me is when they're not. First, they don't actually clean in the nail. They clip, file, and clean the dead skin, but they don't get under the nail to clean the buildup out. Also, when they clip, they don't take care to prevent ingrowns. I've had a couple that I've had to deal with after a pedicure here. I've learned to only ever see Anna, because you'll more consistently get a better pedi with her. However, that's not always a fail-safe. I started only seeing her after her husband gave me a really shoddy pedi. Gel polish chipped two days after the service. I went in to get it fixed, and he blamed me for the chip, even though it was clear there was no way. It's gel, people. You have to do a lot to get that to chip off. And certainly not within a couple of days of it being applied! Since then it's been Anna who has been my nail tech. This last time, unfortunately, the gel polish also chipped. I'd say about two weeks after the pedicure. Similarly, as stated before, that shouldn't happen with gel. I've had a good gel pedicure stay on unchipped for 6 weeks, and it's only because my nails have grown out that I've needed another one. They are one of the more affordable nail salons around, so on the one hand it's hard to beat the price and convenience. But, on the other hand, if I'm barely getting a couple of days or weeks out of the pedi, I'm just throwing money away at that point. I think I'm better off just paying a few more dollars for a longer-lasting pedi. This was likely the last time here for me.

Our nails always look nice but the polish begins to chip or come off totally after about 2.5 - 3 weeks. They are fairly priced, but can't justify it if the polish doesn't stay.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. So much so that I never submit…read morereviews and I felt I needed to. Google reviews gave it a 4.8/5 review which I way I chose to book an appt. The salon was dirty, staff were unfriendly, the nail tech used a drill on my nail bed even though I requested that he not use it. He seemed irritated the entire time doing the nails. The staff were rude to two walk in customers, said they were fully booked then accepted a 3rd walk in for no apparent reason. It was a truly unpleasant experience. I hope the owners will improve the experience, but they have lost a customer.

I had booked waxing also with her which she forgot although I paid her for both in cash. I realized after I left and called to see if I could come in the next day for the wax I already paid for and was told it was that gal's last day that day. I received a text message from Fancy Nails yesterday "We Miss You. Please Come Back And Enjoy 10% at our Salon". I immediately called and asked for an appt yesterday. I wanted to head to them but was told best to come at 11:30 a.m. so I arrived about 11:35 a.m. I could see quite a few people in the salon. After I checked in on the kiosk I was asked if I have an appt. I stated Yes at 11:30. I was then asked what I wanted done. Hello??? I already told the person on the phone (male) that I wanted a dip manicure & regular pedicure. I am 100% sure it was the same male standing in front of me asking me what services I wanted. QUESTION: WHY BOTHER ASKING ME ON THE PHONE TO THEN ASK ME AGAIN WHEN I ARRIVE?? Put notes in your system! I repeated what services I wanted & was told to take a seat in the waiting area. I asked how long would it be & was told 5 minutes. 11:40 came and went....I asked the gal next to me what time was her appt if she had one. She and her friend had appts at 12 noon. At 11:55, that same male came over to the gal who going to get a gel manicure and took her to his table. Since my appt was before hers, why didn't he take me to get my dip manicure? I got up and left w/o any of the 4 workers even speaking to me. At 12:39 p.m. i rec'd a text "Thank you for your visit. Please help us to click the link below to share your feedback." I did not click the link but did reply "I need someone to call me & I will explain what happened." NO ONE CALLED ME YESTERDAY. At 9:59 a.m. TODAY I called & asked for the Manager. I was told not in. I asked what time would the Manager be in and was told about noon. I asked the male I was speaking to (whom I believe was the same male I spoke to yesterday on the phone & in person) to please write a note and leave it for the Manager to call me when arrives today. He refused to do so and instead said what is your problem? SERIOUSLY.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....................................... Manager whoever you are, please call me TODAY at 303 589 2161. I honestly didn't even want to write this review because I've been to this nail salon several times…read morebefore and had always had a great experience. I actually grew really fond of this salon. Last month, I went in for a full set, and everything seemed to go well. I was happy with my nails and even left a good tip. A couple of weeks later, I started noticing a lot of discomfort and pain. After taking a closer look, I realized that my acrylic nails had been filed so thin that they had essentially become embedded into my natural nails. It wasn't just one nail--most of them had some degree of damage, although one was significantly worse than the others. I never hit, broke, or injured my nails during the time I had them on, so I don't believe this was caused by anything I did. To prevent further damage, I had to trim the acrylics down because I was worried about ripping off my natural nails. Once I soaked them off, I found that one of my natural nails had a large tear and was barely hanging on. The damage is visible in the photos. I'm genuinely disappointed because I had always enjoyed coming here, and this is not a review I wanted to leave. I simply wanted to share my experience so others are aware and can make an informed decision. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, but unfortunately, the damage to my natural nails has been painful and will take time to heal.
