But they TOLD ME that they were "very busy" and for me to leave the shop. I laughed at "how busy" they were as I left. They could not even do a shave, which was necessary for my situation. He could not even tell me HOW MUCH I would be charged, but he said I had a lot of hair so he would probably charge $30 or $40 for a haircut, but without any (necessary) shave. Amusing that a business could exist with such a horrible understanding of "customer service". I have many contacts, and when customer service is good, I often send a LOT of extra business in. Here, I will make sure that everyone knows that Skyway has horrible customer service. And apparently exorbitant prices and no capability to do a shave. Really a sad experience.
