Phil has a tendency to focusing more on talking politics than on cutting clients hair, it got to the point where a client asked if he was on break because Phil was talking so much. He had about seven women working for him, now he's down to I believe three. Tendency years ago there were a couple people waiting with several women working but now very few people are going there and now you need an appointment. When I walked up to the front of the building I had to look inside and make sure it was open. A lady was busy with a customer and there was a guy in the corner (I'm assuming it was Tom) reading the paper. He got up right away and I sat in the chair that he went behind. He's a man of few words. He took his time and I even got hot shaving cream for my neck. But I had the only chair in the shop with no mirror, nor was one offered when my cut was complete. When I got home I showered and could not find anything wrong. So hopefully it will be consistent the next time I go.
