They were able to pick up my items within just a few days. They showed up at the place of origin exactly on time, they wrapped the pieces extremely well and drove the 80 miles directly to my house. They were courteous and very grateful when offered cold water on this hot hot day. They carried in the items quickly and carefully, unwrapped them, placed them exactly where I wanted them to go, disposed of the wrappings, and were on their way. The cost compared with other movers was very reasonable. I signed the receipt electronically and received confirmation via email.
