Again, like us, you enjoy the convenience of allowing the mortgage company to pay the insurance from this Escrow account, so you don't have to think about yet another large bill (hello, property taxes) every year. If this sounds like you, CALL CAROLINA INSURANCE GROUP, because you're probably overpaying! We have the same coverage we've always had, but after asking Ray to price some Homeowner's Insurance for us, we're paying $800 LESS per year!
