I worked with Dan Divine to refinance my house. Every time I had a question, Dan would respond immediately via email and phone. He was patient in explaining anything I did not understand and laid out all my options. Dan was also successful in negotiating a very low rate, which I did not think was possible. This place does not know how to do business. They only take customers that will make them the most money. They can't tell you that they can't take you so they string you along and give you some bullshit excuse and don't call you back. So basically they don't break the law but they get to pick who they want. They should just say that they don't want your business instead of telling that it is all good until your offer gets accepted on a house and nothing. read more
