Our mother called us in a panic because she knew she had made the wrong decision by first not involving us, and second buying from someone unknown. When my sister tried calling Nick Forquer he would not call her back, but instead finally showed up to install our mother's carpet. My Forquer also refused to tell my sister what make the carpet was, that made us suspicious as to where he got the carpet and the fact our mother said the pad he used was in two different colors underlayment cushion. In closing, Forguer did complete the job, one month late; with a huge amount of stress and frustration, and with unknown carpeting. Our elderly mother said, "he smelled strongly of alcohol." when he did arrive.
