(Two other banks quoted us 60 days MINIMUM to process our refinance.) Benchmark quoted us a 30 day or less timeframe and they kept that promise. We were given comparison documents less than 24 hours after providing our personal information and what we were hoping to accomplish with the refinance. The staff was vary transparent and kept us updated along the way. Their customer portal was very easy to use and navigate through when uploading and signing documents, as well as seeing exactly when documents were reviewed and accepted. We called the office several times with questions and they were always cheerful and helpful. We were never put on hold, and they always returned calls quickly. Through the whole process, it felt like we were their only clients because of how much attention they dedicated to us. I was honesty amazed by the level of customer service. Between their "family" like feel, the quality of ethics, and detail of service, Benchmark has been the best company we have ever worked with in the industry.
