I came in for a Botox consult with Tina and had questions and concerns being a newcomer to neurotoxin. Tina introduced me to Daxxify, which seems like a much better fit for me. Daxxify has completely smoothed out my forehead wrinkles and my crow's feet and I feel so much more like myself! Tina patiently explained how everyone works, the expected duration, answered questions, and put me at ease. We are hoping for a 6 month duration, if it lasts that long I think this was well worth the money. I realize that the cost per unit is not bad, but it adds up quickly! Giving Divine Complexions one Star is a stretch. This was the worst experience at a Medspa that I've ever had. RN Jessica damaged my face using filler. Met with the owner Christine Levey who is as phony as they come. She lied to my face about helping me. They all lied to me and said they would help fix the scaring the filler left but then cancelled my follow up appointment with the other RN, Tina, saying they could no longer help me. Was also told by Christine Levey, that in order to fix the damage to my face that THEY caused " I needed to see a Dermatologist or a Cosmetic Surgeon" What! Are you kidding me? This past week has been very stressful for me as I work to meet deadlines, raise my family, and pack the kitchen sink for a long trip. Two days before I leave, I thought it would be a good idea to try and book a facial with Divine because I'm starting to break out with hormonal acne along my jawline (mild, not severe). I already have been coming here to get my brows waxed, but this was going to be my first time getting a facial done here. So I was very nervous but excited. It is very easy to book online. They have an extensive menu of services. There are basic facials to more high-end hydra facials. I wasn't sure what to really get, so I booked an hour for their clear complexion facial ($115). I just wanted to get some extractions done before I go on a long outdoor trip. Highlights and major points from my experience: +Paige was ready 10 minutes early! +My hour-long session never felt rushed. It was pure relaxation. +Paige was very attentive to my needs and answered any questions I had +Paige never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy/commit to anything. I went in nearly blind on hair, didn't even know the name of the person doing it until I got there which was scary and required some trust from my overly planful self, and was BEYOND pleasantly surprised by the team I had! I had a few photos saved of what I liked, and they made it come to life- just unreal with no trial run or anything! I'm so impressed by them! I booked Divine Complexions 11 months before my wedding to do my hair and makeup. I just had to cancel with them now 3 months before my wedding because the communication has been HORRIBLE. They've been super unclear and extremely slow to respond to all emails I sent asking for confirmation that my deposit was recieved and my date was confirmed on their calendar, who on their team would be providing the service, how to book a trial with them, what time I could expect them on wedding day, etc. I can't speak to their actual hair and makeup services since I won't be having them, but planning a wedding is stressful enough and I would NOT book them because of how stressful it's been to hear anything back from them at all. read more

The spa has changed a lot and has lost that personal, luxury experience. Front desk isn't as friendly and never knows who you are. I got a hydro facial and it was not great, and my skin was as dry as ever. It wasn't worth the money sadly. They have a "tip" option as default when you check out and it's so awkward that it's suggesting you pay so much more for an already expensive service. Most places say "don't worry about the tip option!" When the service should not include a tip. I wish the recent changes had been communicated. It's not a good look for a highly successful business to pass along credit card fees to the customer who is already paying $$$ and the deals/discounts are also not nearly as good lately. There seems to be a lot of turnover which is disappointing when you have an esthetician that you trust and next time you come they're gone. I hope they'll stabilize and rethink the whole spa experience from a customers point of view. They do so much right. I don't feel valued there anymore which is very sad. And the ways they're finding to get more money from you is really a crappy feeling. read more

Very unimpressed. I've had Hydrafacials before and this was almost twice the amount paid. I asked the provider to add some of the serum to the neck, left my shirt on, and adding a little bit of moisturizer twice over the neck area was a $150 add on. When I was told this at check out, I was told it was a neck AND chest add on (I never had chest area done) so the overall facial cost me $425 dollars WITHOUT tip. I couldn't believe it. I'd price shop. Their cancellation policy is they'll still charge the full amount for service or 50% if you give more than 24 hour notice. Also the front desk lady was not pleasant given this was a 400+ dollar service. Me having confusion over pricing led to an intense explanation of costs being online and just invalidating every concern I had. I wouldn't have post if my front desk conversation had been pleasant and understanding. It was oddly intense for a customer having some pricing concerns/questions. read more

I did the micro blading facial and the esthetician, Paige, shaved off my widow's peak. Now I've got stubble growing in and I've got long, blonde hair. Looks ridiculous. Plus there was no extraction or anything. Huge waste of money and I'm so upset about my hair. Won't return, nor recommend. Wished I never went to try. Update 1 week later: I am fuming. I received a B12 injection which was done correctly and efficiently. My appointment was less than 15 minutes. I felt it was a safe procedure and all COVID precautions were in place. Additionally, I felt great within several hours and had the best sleep that night. It's been about 30 hours later and I continue to feel better. It's nice and they do a fine job but it's not a personalized experience. I awkwardly sat there while no one made any mention as to why I was waiting 10 minutes past scheduled time. Weird, but not end of the world. Once back there, I was not asked about my skin at all. Just got the standard facial booked...also not end of world but it doesn't hurt to ask. My facial was scheduled for 90 minutes. I got a 55 minute facial. Maybe she thought I was scheduled for 60, but she brought me back late and I was getting dressed after 55 min. I didn't say anything because I didn't know what time it was and of course it's awkward to ask someone to keep "pampering you." My mom generously booked this for my birthday, so after confirming the facial that she booked, my mom called and the gal said "oh she must have finished early?" .... You don't get to finish early. Got a refund (thanks ) I have a toddler and baby.. took the time to get a babysitter, so it would have been nice to get what We booked. Pretty big bummer. Additionally, I was asked for a review of my facial via email. I shared this information and did not hear back from the owner. I received a brow wax a few days ago and while the service itself was perfectly lovely, I have to say the environment of the salon itself was pretty disappointing. When you initially walk in to the space and go into the room there's soft music playing, waterfalls, a warm bed; everything you'd think would leave to an overall relaxing experience. But the older brunette gal that works up front, (that I believe is the manager?)while her intent with outstanding customer service is definitely there, honestly she's the reason for this poor review. I arrived a bit early to my appointment, and when I walked in, she seemed pretty preoccupied in a conversation with a fellow worker, and it took her a minute to come up front. Not a big deal. But while I was waiting for Bella to finish up, after the front desk gal got me a water, she continued with her previous conversation, and was very loud, and the conversation was quite honestly, pretty personal and made me a bit uncomfortable. Which was surprising because she had said previously there was a facial going on. When Bella was ready for me and took me back to the farthest room, I continued to just hear her up front laughing and talking away as if she was at lunch reunited with an old friend, versus at work managing a spa. I've been coming here for a few months now and while, like I said I'm always happy with my services, coming here for a brow wax or relaxing facial I'd expect a little more professionalism from somebody such as the manager. read more

I first found out about Christine with Divine Complexions in a local Parents Group, where she had announced makeup lessons were available. I was skeptical, assuming it was just a gig to sell makeup... I ended up scheduling for a brow waxing appointment. (I had previously gone to nail salons, and the results were....inconsistent, and I always broke out!). I was AMAZED with what she did. She actually measured out where my arch should be, and how far my brows should extend, etc...and helped show me how to color them in (something I 'd been wanting to learn!!). I left there thrilled with my experience...and that afternoon, I had two compliments on my eyebrows!! No one has ever even noticed my eyebrows. I thought that was pretty funny! I took my daughter back soon after to FIX her brows that had been over-waxed at a nail salon. She had a great experience, as well! At that appointment, I scheduled for a personal makeup lesson, as well as a Facial at a later appointment. My makeup lesson was a game changer. I am 38 years old, and still didn't know where I should be applying my eyeliner!! She explained so much to me, helped me use the products I already have, and helped (at my request) order some additional (FAR SUPERIOR!!) products through her that I am truly enjoying. At a work function, after my lesson (and using new makeup), I had a MAN compliment me on how great my skin looks. (WHAT???) I was shocked at that, and chuckled a bit, as I knew exactly why-Christine not only helped me find quality products, learn to use them correctly, but she also helped me learn about skinCARE!! I actually moisturize now! Yesterday, a friend complimented me on my eye makeup- "It looks freaking amazing". (Christine helped me pick my colors, and taught me how to apply!) Next up-my facial. That was today, and I waited to do a review, until I had experienced it. What a relaxing experience! She is sweet as can be, very professional. The entire experience was very relaxing and my skin feels so nice! I really would like to do a facial regularly, after experiencing it. Every part of it was very comforting, and I was surprised with the skill and smoothness with which she performed it. Happy, happy! I can't say enough. I am headed back in a few weeks for my 3rd eyebrow appointment, my daughter goes in this week, and I need to order more products that I have been testing out. I must confess...I used to hate getting my makeup done! It's not the result that I despise, it's the process.
