I'm extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled. I had an appointment scheduled but was unexpectedly hospitalized for a heart attack and physically could not attend. Despite providing this serious and legitimate reason, I was still charged $148 for the missed appointment. I understand the need for cancellation policies, but there should always be room for compassion and common sense--especially in emergencies. To be penalized during one of the scariest moments of my life feels cold and deeply unfair. I won't be returning and I hope no one else has to go through something similar. As far the service, I continued to try to work with Alyssa by clearly communicating what type of simple lashes I wanted, and by bringing in photos. Time after time she got it wrong and seemed to give me her version of what she wanted for me. I continued to go in hopes that we could eventually get on the same page and build an understanding of what I was wanting. Lily was so great! I'm 76 years old but she made me feel like I was 40! She recommended facials every 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately that doesn't work in my budget. But will definitely try to see her every 4-6 months. She was great! read more

I had an amazing facial with Sunnie a week ago! She has a lovely suite in a building of medical offices and it was easy to find. Once I arrived she greeted me with green tea and took a moment to listen to all of my concerns regarding my skin before starting my facial. I loved that! The office is so quiet, warm and comfortable...not only did my skin get pampered but I was able to completely relax. She really knows how to tailor her sessions to each person--she asked questions as we went to make sure that I was getting the most benefit from the experience. I love Rhonda Allison products so I asked her to make some recommendations based on how my skin was doing (I recently moved to a very polluted area and am in the sun a lot) and was very happy with her suggestions. I stumbled upon Sunnie on Groupon, and thought it was a good deal. Turns out she's down the street from my house which I automatically loved. I quickly discovered that I would drive MILES for her service. She is absolutely fantastic. I get regular waxes from her (eyebrows, Brazilian, etc) and she is just the best. She takes her time, and it's gotten to the point where I am at the same comfort level as I would be with a friend. She offers lots of great promos and she goes the extra mile for her clients.
