Ordered some flowers for my mother in-law to be delivered at the Marion VA Got called back and was told their computers were down and they weren't able to put a card with the flowers and to make sure I let my mother in law know that they were coming. I was like okaaay so how are they going to know who it's going to? It's being delivered to a hospital I'm sure there are a lot of flowers being delivered there. "Don't worry ma'am the driver knows who it's for" I'm like sure ok. Sure enough my Mil never got them. I called back today and talk to the Manager who I'm sure is named KAREN basically started yelling about how of course there was a hand written card. I asked why I was called back and told to make sure I let my mother in law know they were coming if that was the case and she hollers well the intern was mistaken to do that she's unpaid! She was supposed to only tell you that they couldn't run your card until today. I said good don't her birthday was yesterday and you guys literally didn't deliver and the she hung up on me. Terrible way to run a business.
