I was like okaaay so how are they going to know who it's going to? It's being delivered to a hospital I'm sure there are a lot of flowers being delivered there. "Don't worry ma'am the driver knows who it's for" I'm like sure ok. Sure enough my Mil never got them. I called back today and talk to the Manager who I'm sure is named KAREN basically started yelling about how of course there was a hand written card. I asked why I was called back and told to make sure I let my mother in law know they were coming if that was the case and she hollers well the intern was mistaken to do that she's unpaid! She was supposed to only tell you that they couldn't run your card until today. I said good don't her birthday was yesterday and you guys literally didn't deliver and the she hung up on me. Terrible way to run a business.

However, they did not send nor email any return label nor any instructions about how to return the tarnished ring. To make matters worse, I received the replacement ring this weekend and it is almost a tarnished as the original one. So, I've decided to return all three rings for a refund. I don't have any more time to waste trying to get a good women's ring. So I just want to return them all. Very disappointing, but I have given up on these. However, regardless of many messages using their return form, others to their email, and also to their phone, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE!!
