On day of service, Mr. Tyler always arrives in a timely manner, communicating prior to arrival that helps relieve the stress about actual show up time. When he shows up, he gets right to work! CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. The rubber residue from water runoff was cleaned up nicely and that seemed to be the most pestering issue with the recent rains. Loved the shininess in the sun once everything was done! When I looked at my ticket, I could see that "Diamond" had originally been written down and then scratched out, with "Chief Peak" circled instead - a service that runs around $40. I have a photo of the ticket showing exactly that. I asked the attendant, who I always confirm the service with, whether I had gotten the Diamond. He said no, this was the same wash I always get. When I brought the discrepancy to Jo Anne, she seemed to coach the attendant into saying I got what I paid for, which wasn't true. The interior wasn't even properly cleaned- crumbs and debris still in the center console tray, visible dust and specks on the seats and between the seats (photos attached). The exterior looked no different than it would have after a $40 Chief Peak. I spent about ten minutes trying to sort it out and got nowhere. An hour and a half wait, $130 out the door, for a 30-minute, $40-level service. Really frustrating . I won't be back, and I wish there were more car wash options in town.

The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new!
